“Scam”
8/23/22

I ordered a product May 18th, received it June 6th, returned it June 8th for an exchange. I have heard nothing back. 4 emails have gone unanswered. I have been hung up on 8 times & promised a call back that never came. This is fraud. They have my money & the product I paid for. I'm pursuing this with my bank, the States Attorney Office & the BBB.
