Anytime I rent a movie to see takes me 4 hours to see because the move freezes every 30 seconds. Don't you guys don't upgrade your computers? Worst experience.
I got the wrong movie title, contacted customer service to get the situation rectified. I sent them the pictures of proof of purchase and everything else they asked for. Did not receive an update until a full month later. They asked for better pictures. A month later and situation wasn't resolved. They're a waste of time. It's a joke.

I had a tech problem with a film. Called the service number after the film would not upload. Talk to the service rep. And after trying what he asked

And I talked to my bank and they did not have a refund from this company
Again I called the customer service and they emailed their boss and they said to copy my credit card statement and block any other information except the Vudu. I told him and his supervisor that there is NOTHING about Vudu

I was watching Breakfast at Tiffany's and Vudu cut off the movie 10 minutes before the end so I couldn't finish the movie. I couldn't reach them by phone. And the movie buffers a lot so you are better off with another movie service like Amazon. It's really zero stars but that's not an option. A waste of $3 and my time since I couldn't see the whole movie.
WARNING! They take money from single mothers and refuse to refund them! BEWARE BEWARE! Use Netflix, Hulu or any other streaming service NOT VUDU! I explained to them that my babies accidentally purchased a movie for $19.99 that wasn't viewed at any point! This happened during the quarantine caused by Covid-19. Their response? Sorry ma'am we can not issue you a refund. No compassion, no remorse! Take your services elsewhere!
If I could give them no stars I would! They wouldn't refund me for my 5 year old purchasing Trolls world tour for the second time because they said they told me to set up parent control but I wasn't even aware of the past interaction for that refund so they were no help at all! I believe they may have talked to my sister who was watching my daughter. She had to talk to them so I wouldn't find out my daughter bought movies or shows! I'm highly upset because the trolls movies was 20 freaking bucks and this the second time it was purchased! The worse part is she didn't even watch it! They won't help and basically said they told me to set up parent control! They definitely lost one valued customer & I will for sure let my family, friends, & anyone else who uses them or want to not to USE VUDU PERIOD!

Vudu is so good! I haven't spent a dime and have been watching countless of free movies, but with ads. But the adds are only a couple seconds long so its not that bad. I 100% recommend Vudu its so good.
I got an account, but realized IT SUCKS, so like any normal movie site, I thought it would be an easy unsubscribe. NOPE. They've taken my money for MONTHS NOW, because the only way to unsubscribe is to email them. First off, I haven't had a single response from their support email that you're supposed to email when you want to stop using their program. I have emailed them at least once a week because my card has been being CHARGED WITHOUT MY CONTROL. I cannot do it myself, and I cannot remove my card. They are simply stealing from me. STILL. STAY AWAY THEY ARE $#*! HOLES.

Our account is still not working. We can no longer watch the movies we purchased. It's been almost 2 weeks since this ticket was first made. It should not take this long to correct the problem. I demand to speak with someone in charge who can fix the problem today without any further delays or excuses. Prior to this, we had been customers for 8 years, it's repulsive we are not able to view movies and TV shows that we paid for.

I spent an hour struggling to log on, both by myself and with customer service on the phone. And as an added bonus, as soon as I gave them my credit card number, within minutes, I had two fraudulent charges on my card. I will never deal with these criminals again.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
I purchased 3 seasons of Big Bang Theory in February. They were supposed to include the digital copy on the receipt from Walmart; it did not. When I first contacted customer service they responded rapidly, once they got my proof that I did in fact make the purchase I claimed, well customer service suddenly became nonexistent. No matter how many time I contact them I have yet to hear any further response! All I want is my digital codes or my money back! This is absolutely ridiculous and I will from now on make all my purchases through Amazon!
The worst experience ive had talking to customer service in my life! Not to mention they charged me twice for the same movie and got mad at me for canceling one of them through my credit card. So now they have suspended my account over 6 dollars haha. Vudu is nothing but a punch line to a very bad joke and i pray that they would soon go out of business. Judging the experience i had with customer service it wont be long till netflix and other movie sites take this crap of a company and shred it up. In retrospect i recommend tubi same free movies but better customer support.
I'm not going to write an extremely long review. I bought a movie and everytime we tried to watch it, it t would give us an error message at least 6 times! Very, very frustrating! I should have paid the extra money and bought the movies on Amazon prime or Fandango now.
Had an incident where i thought they charged me 2xs. They froze my acct, took forever to respond to anything, forgot where we were in the conversation so i had to repeat everything, then instead of explaining to me what had happened they deleted the movie and threatened to close the acct if it happens again. Rude and a huge waste of time. Im paying money to use your services and your being rude. Dont threaten to close my acct when you could have just politely explained and i would have been happy to apologize and pay.
Answer: I would just stay away from vudu altogether. They are the worst company I have ever interacted with. I spent a lot of money on videos with them and I cannot watch any of them because the just buffer literally every 5 seconds and then I downloaded them through vudu to go and they won't play on there either. I keep getting a message that vudu cannot authenticate my account. I e-mailed customer services 3 times and have never received a response. I have wasted about $1000. 00 on movies that I cannot watch. I have started using amazon prime video and other sites as well and have no problems whatsoever. Just stay away from vudu they are just taking your money.
