I ordered a number of items from them and they refused to send my items unless I sent an image of my ID and card used. They did not refund my purchase. Verge girl is not reputable and is such a scam. Don't order from them.
I ordered a top on the Wednesday and had it by the Friday. When I tried on the garment it was exactly how it looked on the model and was better quality than I ever imagined. Can not wait to shop again
I ordered a t-shirt from VergeGirl and went based on the sizes on the website. The t-shirt looked awesome and the quality is really good, but the sizing was a little weird. It was a really short t-shirt with short sleeves made out of the material that some leggings and sports soccer jerseys are made out of. I wish it had just been regular t-shirt material, but I'll be keeping it in the hopes that the fitted look works out because it's an amazing shirt!
I ordered from Verge Girl and was shocked by how fast it all came in! I live in California and it still came in 2 days. The packaging was adorable and the quality was great. Will definitely shop here again.
I ordered a top from this website on April 21st and it is now April 15th and the tracking information still isn't updated. I have no idea where my package is and I'm starting to think I may never get it. This website markets "fast shipping" but this is the slowest I think I've ever experienced. Don't order from them!

You can keep an eye on your parcel using your tracking number that was sent to you when the parcel was dispatched. The same tracking number can be used to track your parcel with your local postal services tracking website. Due to this, your local postal service will not be able to track your parcel until it has arrived into the country. When your parcel has been scanned into your country the tracking will update.

I bought a bunch of clothes from this site. They were TINY. Im telling you, completely untrue to size. I decided to return them, and this is where the real fun begins. You only have 14 days to return the items. It take 2-3 weeks to ship something back from the US with regular shipping. This will still cost you 25+ $. Then Verge tells you to pay for tracking as well, that way you can confirm they receive the package... This costs an additional 60$.
So you can send the clothes back with normal shipping and HOPE? That they get the return and AT LEAST give you store credit.
This is unlikely because they are a complete scam.
I wasted so much money! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

As per our returns policy, we have a 14 day returns time frame for refunds and a 30 day returns time frame for store vouchers. This is from the date the parcel is delivered to you to the date we receive it back at our warehouse. We regularly receive international returns back at our warehouse within 14 days. Tracking is not a requirement for a return parcel, however it is recommend to ensure that you can keep an eye on your parcel with the postal service you send it with to make sure it safely arrives back at our warehouse.

Verge girl has been my favourite shop since i first walked in to their brisbane store when I was 15, I am now 21! The presentation of their clothes are represent perfectly both in store and on the site, sizing is very relevant and i find them very suitable and flattering for my figure. 90% of my wardobe is from verge girl. Love, love, love this store!
Pros: I bought 2 dresses from them and they are exactly like the photos on their website. The quality is very good and the sizes are true to size. I absolutely love them and I will purchase more from the brand.
Cons: I placed my order on June 9 and it has arrived July 17. I understand we are in the covid situation but it was anormaly longer than all the other orders I have made during the covid.
Ordered at 12pm on a weekday, and the order was delivered the next day! When the order was not quite right for me, the team wrote back to me straight away and issued a credit note as soon as they received the parcel, without delay. Great customer service!
I was so excited to buy for the first time from Verge Girl but when I got my top I was very upset and unsatisfied. For $60 I got a flimsy piece of polyester that didn't fit at all, I am normally a medium and I did not realise that the clothes were so untrue to size. Once looking at the returns page, found out I could not exchange it or get a refund. This site is a complete scam for online buyers. Since I paid with afterpay the retruns page says I will KEEP having to pay and store credit will be put in my account. Verge Girl is a rip off.

I placed my order on May 11, it is now June 29 and my package STILL has not even left Australia... (I live in Canada). There website states "standard shipping 5-10 days (some delays may occur" - so I was expecting "some delays" given covid. However it is nearing 2 months and my package has not even moved since May 19 (still in Australia). When I emailed them to inquire about why my package had not moved in over a month, the response was basically blaming ME and stating that I made the choice to order even though they warned of some delays. My message to them was not rude or placing blame, I was merely asking when I can expect my package as it had not moved in over a month. I was shocked to read the rude and condescending response. This was my first order with Verge and needless to say, this will be my last, even after covid.

The postal services have advised that there are delivery delays due to reduction in air freight capacity and passenger flights (which also carry parcels), a significant increase in parcels volumes, many which require manual sorting, hygiene and social distancing requirements (such as social distancing through zoning, dedicated shift start times to reduce cross over of workers). I found the store when I lived abroad in Australia and it was one of the few stores I found that was similar to my go to boutique back home ( LF stores). They have super trendy pieces and I just most recently bought several items that were shipped within a day and took two additional days to recieve in the US. I will definetly be buying again from the store, the only thing I wish they would do would be occasional online sales! But nonetheless the quality of the pieces are awesome and it is definetly a great site to buy from.
I bought a dress from this store and it arrived with 2 rips at the zip. As per there policy I took photos and emailed them to the vault returns team. I got a prompt response however they were denying that the pictures weren't clear and that they couldn't see any fault. This made me very apprehensive to return the dress as they may not return my money. Once they received the dress they acknowledged the faults but only gave me store credit as they do not do full refunds. This is against the law as it is a faulty item. After multiple emails they finally agreed to refund me my money however in this process they decided not to refund me the postage fee I paid, even after they said they would credit me for the postage. Safe to say I will not be shopping on their website again.
I have recently ordered the 7 Wonders Stripped dress, The Roxanne Dress, and the Talk About it miniskirt. I received all my items very quickly considering I live in Colorado and it is shipped from Austrailia! The clothes are so cute and fit just as the sizes suggest! If you are ordering from the states I recommend doing some research on Australian sizes so that you get the right fit! I am 6'0" and I was so happy to find that the clothes were not too skimpy, and still so adorable! I love this company and the products!
I ordered some clothes for the first time from Vege Girl. The size was just fit for me and I am really satisfied with the quality. If I find more interesting clothes on their website, I would order some more clothes.
I ordered 2 pieces of clothing from here about 2 months ago, I knew it would take a long time as coming from Australia so knew what to expect and wasn't bothered but the postage already cost me about £10 to deliver to the UK on top of a £100 order. I got a postage card through my door yesterday saying I had to pay £27 customs charge?! I would never have ordered if I knew I had to pay this much! I've ordered from Australian sites before and never had this issue! I feel like I've been robbed! Looking at other reviews this has happened to other people so do NOT order from here unless you're willing to pay a ridiculous amount for customs charge. Really disappointed and they need to state this CLEARLY on the website. In the email they sent me they said I have to accept the customs charge in order to refund any of my items. We are really sorry, however unfortunately we have no control over import duties and taxes as these fees are decided by your country and are not decided by us. These fees are different to the shipping costs and are decided by your country when your order arrives into customs and are based on the value of the goods. I love what I got on vergegirl.com! I bought a dress and I'm hoping to wear it on vacation this New Years in Miami. I had ordered a 6 and 8 to see what size I was and I stuck with the 8 but I had found out that to return I was only offered store credit and I had to pay the return shipping from the US to Australia :( that was the only downside. But now I'm forced to buy some more goodies from the site so I can't complain too much :)! !
Was so dissappointed, following the exact size guides they provided, measured my body then purchased a two piece swimsuit. I got a suit that was not even in swimwear material, so girls dont be fooled by the photos. They may state that the fabric is polyester and stretch fabric, but I got swimwears then went saggy when swimming, and was too loose. I didnt bother following it up because I know their T&Cs were going to be shonky. I feel like some of their products are manufactured properly, then some are just simple makes from lengths of material they have bought. Paying $79 for what looked in the photos as a decent swimmer, was an absolute joke. Really dissappointed with this overpriced cheaply made fake label.

We don't make our own swimwear but I can assure you that all materials are accurately labelled as it is Australian Law to do so. As it states on our sizing guide, not all labels/brands are sized exactly the same so there is sometimes variation to the information on the guide. Answer: I ordered the 24th of May and they are supposed to bring my order tomorow 5th of June. My purchase was worth 61,85 then I had to pay shipping 9,90 and tomorrow I have to pay 42,70 before I can get my order. Never ever will I order from them again! It takes ages to come and you have to pay more than you spend for the shipping to Europe (Belgium)
