I've ordered a few items from verge girl. Loved each and everyone of them. Recently, I purchased the Paradise Club Denim shorts && let me tell ya, I am in love. Fit so nicely and the yellow is the coolest color! Lookin good and feelin great in those babies. Highly recommend!
I am not sure what to do at this point, because my dad bought me some Verge Girl items in the first week of December and we have still not received them. Customer service just told him that packages are delayed and he should have read that on the website. I totally understand that we are in a pandemic and items can be delayed, but being over a month late is not okay. Other companies face the same challenges, yet I still receive their items on time. When I track the items it just says I will receive them on December 10th, but it is now January 18th. I would really like my money back and some help from the customer service department.
This was the second time I have purchased from verge girl. I love my items! They were true to size and exactly how they were pictured. I live in the US and considering my package was coming from Australia it came daily quickly! I will for sure purchase again from Verge
The quality of the fabric is great. I especially like that soft fabric liner that helps with sweat. Fits well. Only thing it's missing is a nose mold but it doesn't need it like other mask. Has a sort of cup and it sits on your nose. Thanks guys!

I think I have an addiction with Verge girl. They absolutely have the best clothes at all times. If I could afford it I would buy it all. I always go online for one thing and end up with about 10! If you want to stay in style verge girl is the best place you could go!

Love the clothing pieces found at vergegirl. I was hesitant to make purchases outside the US but I ended up buying a few pieces here. I have to say that most of the pieces at unique that you can't find at other sites. Customer service is awesome. One time I was sent a faulty item and I was offered to keep the item and get store credit to replace the same item. The only downside is there's no refund, only store credit. Also they don't have over 70 aus for free Express shipping to the US anymore but it is free standard shipping worldwide.
Love this website im in love with the End Of The Night Knit sweater i got. VG always has the best, cutest that are on trend styles at such great quality and price. PLUS they ship super fast and they have great customer service.
Wrote the company many times over close to two months asking status of my order, when I received it the box was empty. They didn't pack the dress so I paid to wait 2 months for an empty box. Thanks Vergeg.com, customer service was horrible. Kept getting conflicting answers about order status.

I ordered a blouse from this website and I paid £33 for the blouse and another £8 for the shipment. The day the blouse was supposed to arrive I received a postcard saying that I must pay £14.75 to get the blouse.! I feel like I'm being robbed. They never mentioned this amount while I was purchasing. I sent a bunch of emails to Verge Girl and got no response. Really disappointed.

We are very sorry to hear this. We are really sorry, but unfortunately we have no control over import duties and taxes as these fees are decided by your country and are not decided by us. These fees are different to the shipping costs and are decided by your country when your order arrives into customs and are based on the value of the goods. The best thing to do is to check with your country's customs as they will be able to let you know how these fees are decided.

I live in the US so when I came across this company I was very relieved that I didn't have to pay a huge shipping fee for being out of country! Also I'm in love with this store and it never fails when new clothing comes in.
Really loved my two new pieces from verge girl. They have super cute and in style tops that fit great and dont really wear or tear. They have so many trendy and colorful designs so I will be continuing to purchase form thwir site for sure!
I just had to pick up my package in a other town (which was fast track btw, when I order something fast track by Sabo Skirt my package is hand delivered by DhL and comes in time). And I pay import taxes online before they deliver it.
I live in the Netherlands and I often order clothes from Australia, so i'm used to the process. But Verge girl used a cheap delivery service in the Netherlands so the customer pays double the price. And yes I verified with the delivery service (which is called postNL).
That is not the part that bothered me the most, what bothers me the most is the all the clothes except for one are of good' quality. I'm just so disappointed, kinda wanna cry.
I feel scammed, I can't recommend this brand to anyone. And lucky for me I've got a huge following. Next time I will stick with the brands I know and stay loyal to them.

We are very sorry to hear this. Our express shipping option to Europe is AUS Post International Express which is expected to take 1-5 business days to arrive. We use this shipping option for express shipping to Europe as it is a very reliable service and the import duties are generally less than DHL. The parcel is dispatched from our warehouse with Australia Post via express shipping and is then passed onto the destination country's local carrier for delivery. Delivery is always attempted first at the shipping address and if no one is at home at the time of delivery the parcel is then taken to a local post office for collection as signature is required on delivery for express parcels.

I've bought multiple dresses on Verge Girl. They always have a great selection of clothes and their delivery is so speedy. I am really impressed with their customer service. I wasn't sure if a dress would fit me and Kelsie sent me all the measurements so I could be sure before ordering!
I placed my order 8/10 (over 2 months ago!) and I have still not received it. I have emailed customer service TWICE and received the same copy and pasted email. This is hands down the WORST customer service/shipping I have ever had to deal with. Super disappointed as this is my first order - I will never be shopping here again.

We are really sorry, but unfortunately due to COVID-19 there are significant delays on parcels shipped internationally with standard post. The postal services have advised that there are delivery delays due to reduction in air freight capacity and passenger flights (which also carry parcels), a significant increase in parcels volumes, many which require manual sorting, hygiene and social distancing requirements (such as social distancing through zoning, dedicated shift start times to reduce cross over of workers).
