The website is so simple and easy to use, and the prices are great! I ordered from Vision Pros last year and my lenses came quickly, and packaged very well. These are the same exact contacts I purchase from my optometrist...but his prices are 36% higher than Vision Pros. I placed another order last week and my lenses arrived in only a few days (quicker than I expected) via standard shipping, again, packaged very well. Website is so user friendly, I was able to check out in under a minute. They send follow up emails with your tracking #, so you know where your order is at all times, and they even follow up to make sure you received the order with no problems. I'm really impressed with this company! A+
Almost forgot, they send emails with discount codes! I received a free shipping code an saved another 13.95 on my last order.

I have been using visionpros.com for many years. 98% of my orders I have been very pleased. I use USPS standard mail delivery and am pleased to wait the time from purchase to delivery. Prices are on the high side if only purchasing 1 or 2 boxes. Only grievance was on an order of one box of (6) contacts, and two of the six lenses appeared to be melted and unwearable. I attempted to contact customer service with no successful response to this inquiry. But that is alright because since then, visionpros.com is top notch.
