When ordered stated would be TWO day shipping delay for Holiday ALTHO ordered after Christmas Holiday on 12/27/2017! Paid $10 for SUPPOSEDLY OVERNIGHT ship. Shipped 1/5/2108 Received 1/8/2015.
Very convenient
I wanted to order cosmetic contacts from Visionpros. When I was ready to pay for the order, on the very last payment frame, I noticed they had added an 'insurance' charge, which added an extra 25% to my total. This was done without informing me beforehand. When I contacted them, they said the charge is mandatory, no 'opt out' option. Sounds like a rip off to me. Would not order from them.

The BIOFINITY MULTIFOCAL contacts I now wear are always delayed about 1 week delivery. I don't think Vision Pro keeps stock of this make, because the other type of contacts I used to wear were delivered in the same week.
Otherwise, the contacts have always been as ordered!

Great service & product as always. The order took quite a while to get here, almost 3-4 days longer than initially promised BUT that could be due to the huge deep freeze in the northeast & east coast that has been causing so many travel & shipping delays delays. This is the first time an order was not here when promised so I'm not upset about it. Sometimes things happen that are out of our control. I'm still a very happy customer, THANK YOU!
