I called to ask some questions and I was treated with courtesy and respect. Sometimes it is confusing trying to get to just see colored contacts unless you know the manufacturer. The purple contacts from Freshlook do not change your eye color to purple. I ave very light blue eyes and you can not even tell that I am wearing a color contact.
