I booked a trip for me and my daughter for her 18th birthday and didn't check my passport. After getting the new one I had only 24 hours to ge my visa. That worked perfectly! I took the 4h option and would highly recommend this company for anyone in similar circumstances. Thank you so much!
Horrible experience from the beginning. From the start, a rep reached out and kept getting my flight info wrong. I was already hesitant with this company but they reassured me they would have Tracy to take care of me. I paid for the vip service skip the line and get luggage. However when I arrived to the visa/passport area there no one waiting there with my name. I didn't see anyone so I stood in line. I texted the Tracy who was suppose to be taking care of me. She passed me onto another lady name Hana before I departed which I didn't want happening. Said she would give me Hana's number but didn't say how via email or text. I turned off my phone bc I boarded. By the time I landed I texted her for the other Hana's number but Tracy didn't answer me. So I waited patiently myself in line. By the time Tracy and hana replied I was in front of the line. The staff literally just took me from my front of the line to this other window. Don't believe all the reviews here. They are good and not worth it. I asked for the partial refund but they refused said it was my fault.
If you're going to Vietnam, be sure to have all of your visa documents BEFORE checking in to your flight. Their website doesn't mention this. We were scheduled to have our visa (and paid to expedite with Vietnam-visa.com) around the time of our flight departure and well before arriving in Vietnam. When the airline attendant refused to issue a boarding pass without the document, we contacted the Vietnam-visa folks who said they couldn't help us unless we paid $250 which they then dropped to $190 after I refused. For reference, the 24 hour expedited visa was $54. It's an extortionist practice taking advantage of people when they're vulnerable. Would never use them again.
I used this service given their on-line reviews, and the customer service.
I received my letter today however it was batched with three other people from other countries. It was a bit disturbing given now three strangers from different countries have my legal name with my passport number as I have theirs. Given the world we live in with identity theft, this is a poor and unacceptable practice this company uses. I would never use them again for this unsavory practice.
I received copies of someone else's visa's which means someone received copies of mine with all my data, that is a huge issue for me. I won't be coming back
