I was sent the wrong size shirt and can not get a response on how to exchange it for the size I ordered. I emailed three times now with no response. I live chatted and was told to send a picture to verify wrong size which I did and still no response back as how this mistake will be handled.
Great product and quick to get it sent. I would definitely purchase something else from them if they come up with something else I would like.
I had ordered two shirts both the same exact shirt other than the sizes were different. It took a long time for my ordered to be printed and then shipped. When the products arrived, the one shirt was perfect meanwhile the second shirt was sloppy. The color was off and obviously faded more than the other shirt. I sent an email to customer service and have yet to get a response from the company. This is the last time I ever order from this company again and I personally DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.
Color and workmanship is great! As I stated my mom loves it she lives in Raymond Nebraska and is a HUGE Cornhusker and Mickey Mouse fan. You combined both for her!
Everything went well except the picture on the shirt didn't turn out as originally advertised. It looks nice just doesn't reflect as was shown when ordered.
I bought the shirt for my son's 50th birthday but unfortunately it was too small. I ended up having the shirt framed and it looks fantastic. He is very happy with the results.
The color of the screen print is completely faded. It snarls awful, like vinager as well. I would like a refund.

It took over 2 months to deliver. Customer service told me for a month that it had shipped and was on the way then emailed that it hadnt shipped. Never got a response after that. Once I received the shirt it was nothing like it looked online. It was a Gildan brand see thru shirt with an iron on patch. Washed it 1 time and the print started peeling.
I'm very happy with my purchase. I get a lot of compliments on my shirts and people ask me where did you get that shirt.
During the placement of my order, it was stated that more shirts results in cheaper shipping. I loaded two shirts into my cart and checked out. I immediately got an offer to buy the same shirt with a discount of 20%. I then contacted customer support to see why I didn't receive the order I just placed, with that discounted price. It was explained that is only an offer made after purchases, but how am I saving on shipping if I'm placing another order with another shipping cost? I then receive my order and the print on both shirts is not centered, and there is a light pink spot on one of the shirts. Customer service has stated they are sending replacements, so I have yet to see what the replacements look like.
While the design is nice, the older 100% cotton is a little outdated. I was expecting a softer blend, given the price.
It took a long time to get the shirt and the quality was not worth the money.
I would not buy one again.
This was purchased for a birthday gift-I received a notice that order was confirmed but you had incorrect address. I notified you of correct address & I was notified it was shipped & then according to tracking, it was delivered. NO it was not. I emailed you of this. Then when I tracked it again it said it was "undeliverable to that address" & returned to sender. You had the correct address so I do not understand. I emailed you again & was told that it would be reshipped. Still have not received it. I will not purchase from you again.

Don't purchase from this company! It's not what is pictured. It was advertised to be gold & when I received both t-shirts they were mustard yellow & orange in color, NOT GOLD! Looks cheep.
I ordered the Hereford cow canvas... when my husband opened it for his birthday, it has HORRIBLE white stripes on each side! And the colors were not the same as the one in their fb ad. Emails do not "send" to them..."an error has occurred"... VERY UNHAPPY! I want my canvas replaced with what I ordered!
We own a lot of Yankee tees - love that we can get unique shirts that are not sold in every sporting goods store. This shirt arrived even quicker than expected and didnt have that strange smell that designed t-shirts sometimes have.
I received my shirt, correct size and design, but wrong color. I contacted customer support asking for help in correcting it and heard zero back. Love the design, don't love the color. So, I've rated a 2 for "semi-dissatisfied." Would've been a 3 if I had heard from customer support of a means of correcting it. And if it'd been corrected I would have rated a 4, possibly even a 5 if really great customer service. For now I'll wear it as is and just think twice before ordering in the future. I do still love the design.

If you check the net there are a Lot of Unhappy Viralstyle customers, and I am another one. I also had a bad experience with this Shonky American Company. I was sent the Wrong T Shirt. And a lot of the complaints of Viralstyle relate to people receiving the wrong item, not what they ordered. Basically the problem is this is just a Money Hungary Company. They are More interested in the Mighty Dollar than providing a Decent Service. They have no Morals or Business Ethics. I'll explain, and lets just keep to shirts / tops for the moment. And yes they 'List' a lot of tops, and then add Different sizes, so there is a chance that not every design, type and size will be available. But Viralstyle Never message the buyer to inform them that their ordered top is out of stock / not available and offer the Buyer a refund. This IS their Problem, they Never offer a Refund, Yes the Mighty Dollar Drives this company. So they just send out another Item, and in doing this, acquire another sale, more incoming Money. And When they know they don't have you ordered Item, they put up the Wall to Block you from contacting them etc etc etc I Never got the Conformation Email, are not able to log into Viralstyle, and then tried to use the 'Forgot Password' email service, but that did not work, the Live Chat would not work for me, and was told was temporally out of service. YEP, they just don't want to talk to you, but they are very willing to take your MONEY
