I ordered 2 shirts for husband for Christmas, and one for me with Grinch image on them. The image could be better and sharper, but still we love them. They were received in 10 days time. Great service.
It's impossible to reach them if there is an issue with your delivery. They don't have an actual phone line to receive you on, and they don't seem to have any intention of addressing my shipping issue. They literally took my money and haven't given me what I bought (and they have it because it was shipped back to them). Still waiting for basic human treatment.
Silkscreen was done very poorly. Emailed for request to return, but did not receive a reply. Would not recommend.
Ordered November 16th, received December 24th.
Not sure why it took 5 weeks. No order updates. Nothing.

I ordered our Boston sports teams t-shirts in November. After ordering, I realized the sizes were unisex. I contacted Viral Style with my concern about sizing. I was assured that my order would be cancelled and received an e-mail verifying that I would receive a credit on my card. Then I reordered the shirts in larger sizes. I received no credit, and in fact, have been charged twice for the shirts. Only received one order. Can you help?
The shirt took 3 weeks to be delivered. That is way too long. Arrived the day after our celebration.

Cheap torn tee shirts arrived the day after Christmas and to embarrassing to give as a gift. Still waiting for an answer on my refund / return request.
The mugs are great, but I was expecting blue, like I ordered, not white. Even if it's the rush of the holiday season, you MUST double check all orders. (I know this because I was in the business of packaging and shipping thousands of orders.)
It was very easy to order the Ohio State Shirts that I wanted. They came before Christmas and were as described. Overall very happy.
