I ordered items on 12/11. I still have not received all items and it is 1/1/19. Items were advertised as available for Christmas delivery.
I called 4 times and left 2 messages attempting to change the shipping address of my order prior to it shipping. I then got an automated email that the product shipped (to the wrong address) so I took to their Facebook page in an attempt to get a response regarding my order; still nothing. So now Viralstyle is at the top of my list of brands that I will gladly and tenaciously deter others from using moving forward. Maybe give half a $#*! about your customers and this wouldn't happen...
I ordered 4 mugs via three separate transactions on the 6th and 7th of December spending over $80 and expecting delivery by Christmas. I have received one mug so far that arrived on the 27th and haven't heard a thing about the other 3. No mention of them being shipped or anything.
When shirt arrived, the design had a distressed look which was very different from the pictures I saw when ordering. Design also seemed smaller than expected

Item arrived on 12/24 in the afternoon AFTER I had left for the family party where I was giving the item as a gift. Beyond annoyed to show up empty handed and have zero communication. I also called and emailed and no one ever responded. The mug itself is fine but your customer service needs some serious help.
My daughter looove her top. Is super cute, very soft inside and same Tiffany and Co colors on it. I will definitely recommend to my friends if they want something different!

It has taken several email exchanges so far to request a return and refund and now my request is "under review ". Why cant I just get return label sent to me and have a refund issued? I even had to send in pictures of the product to show the problems!

The cotton tshirt I ordered is very hard and crunchy rather than soft. It was also a weird fit. I wear a 3x but ordered a 5x to be safe and it fits terribly. Its tight around the middle but the shoulders and sleeves are very large. It was a disappointment mainly because I really liked the Melanoma Warrior print design.
Poor! I thought my shirt had bling on it from the picture, but it did not and I tried to return and they said what I saw is what I got!

Ordered my Christmas Trump coffee mug on Dec 8th. Got it on the 26th. You would think if you were doing a Christmas themed item it would arrive before Christmas. Especially being ordered so long before Christmas.

I bought two T-shirts which was suppose to be a medium and a small, but I received two smalls. I brought this to light through an email. I was told that I in fact ordered what I know I didn't order so I wasn't able to get the right size sent to me due to the time the shirts were selling being over. There was terrible customer service.

Answer: Hi Mike My name is Wayne, and I'm also in Australia, - Melbourne. And you are doing the right thing buy not buying a shirt from Viralstyle. If you check the net there are a Lot of Unhappy Viralstyle customers, and I am another one. I also had a bad experience with this Shonky American Company. I was sent the Wrong T Shirt. And a lot of the complaints of Viralstyle relate to people receiving the wrong item, not what they ordered. Basically the problem is this is just a Money Hungary Company. They are More interested in the Mighty Dollar than providing a Decent Service. They have no Morals or Business Ethics. I'll explain, and lets just keep to shirts / tops for the moment. And yes they 'List' a lot of tops, and then add Different sizes, so there is a chance that not every design, type and size will be available. But Viralstyle Never message the buyer to inform them that their ordered top is out of stock / not available and offer the Buyer a refund. This IS their Problem, they Never offer a Refund, Yes the Mighty Dollar Drives this company. So they just send out another Item, and in doing this, acquire another sale, more incoming Money. And When they know they don't have you ordered Item, they put up the Wall to Block you from contacting them etc etc etc I Never got the Conformation Email, are not able to log into Viralstyle, and then tried to use the 'Forgot Password' email service, but that did not work, the Live Chat would not work for me, and was told was temporally out of service. YEP, they just don't want to talk to you, but they are very willing to take your MONEY
