I need to return the items but do not know how to do that. I will continue to seek returning instructions. The screening on the t-shirt was not of good quality. Bought these as Christmas gift but they didn't like them. I would like a refund if possible.
Product was great ordering a pain in $#*!. Had to go thru 50 pages to find the one I wanted... BUT the real issue was shipping. Had it set to deliver to my work,, And you guaranteed that it would be delivered before Xmas but at the time of order nobody knew when the delivery would be. And since you use USPS it took forever to get here and my company was closed XMAS eve so I didn't get my order til after XMAS. More shipping options and better data up front
Son loved the tee shirt. Order fulfillment (order to actually receiving product) was longer than I thought but it got here Right before Christmas so a little nail biting but all good.

Arrived in the nick of time for Christmas, but really waaaay over-priced. It's a Tee shirt, with a silkscreen print, not haute couture, should not take that long and should cost at the most $15... Son likes it but still...

I had an email saying this was shipped on 12/22. It is now 1/2, and it's still not here. No updates, no info other than "shipping label created".
I never received a confirmation email... so I wasn't sure my order went through until I checked my credit card. I ordered on 12/10/18, it hit my credit card on 12/11/18 although you say it was purchased on 12/21/18. I emailed ViralStyle but never received an answer. Unfortunately, I didn't receive it until after Christmas. I will probably never order anything from ViralStyle again.
I ordered one shirt and I received the wrong size shirt. The website says if you contact customer service, they will get back with you within 24 hours. It has now been over a week and I have made communication five times with your company. I have sent 2 emails, called twice, and now sent this communication. Why won't you do what you advertise and contact me to make things right? Is this how you run your business? I am very, VERY disappointed in your company and the (non)service I have received.
My hoodie was not what i expected, very thin clothing, paint looks cheap, design came out crooked and its expensive.
Took long to recieve item. Once I finally recieved the item it was broken, I tried calling, and emailing company about the problem. Nobody would get back to me about exchanging it.
I purchased a t shirt which had att the sport teams in the name of the city, Seattle. It was a perfect gift for a person who has everything.
After waiting much longer than promised by Viralstyle, we finally received one of the two coffee mugs we ordered. However, the item arrived broken. Mug number two STILL hasn't arrived, and the order status only says the expected ship date was 12/24. Since we have been out of town for the holidays, I haven't yet had an opportunity to contact Viralstyle to make this right. Hopefully they will be receptive to a resolution that most benefits me, given the inconveniences I've experienced.
I received 2shirts which was cool but they were very mediocre and cheap and had some ink stains on them they need better printing company and I did like how my order got to me quickly but I doubt I will order from them again because the printing was not good at all.
I did not receive the correct item that I ordered and it arrived late it was supposed to be a gift for someone who left town before it finally arrived

I ordered 2 U of W shirts for the Rose Bowl and the W was blue, not purple. Disappointing as the picture shows it correctly.
The printed design was not what I expected. The decal was poorly printed, it looked blurry. It was for a gift and I was disappointed.

Answer: Hi Mike My name is Wayne, and I'm also in Australia, - Melbourne. And you are doing the right thing buy not buying a shirt from Viralstyle. If you check the net there are a Lot of Unhappy Viralstyle customers, and I am another one. I also had a bad experience with this Shonky American Company. I was sent the Wrong T Shirt. And a lot of the complaints of Viralstyle relate to people receiving the wrong item, not what they ordered. Basically the problem is this is just a Money Hungary Company. They are More interested in the Mighty Dollar than providing a Decent Service. They have no Morals or Business Ethics. I'll explain, and lets just keep to shirts / tops for the moment. And yes they 'List' a lot of tops, and then add Different sizes, so there is a chance that not every design, type and size will be available. But Viralstyle Never message the buyer to inform them that their ordered top is out of stock / not available and offer the Buyer a refund. This IS their Problem, they Never offer a Refund, Yes the Mighty Dollar Drives this company. So they just send out another Item, and in doing this, acquire another sale, more incoming Money. And When they know they don't have you ordered Item, they put up the Wall to Block you from contacting them etc etc etc I Never got the Conformation Email, are not able to log into Viralstyle, and then tried to use the 'Forgot Password' email service, but that did not work, the Live Chat would not work for me, and was told was temporally out of service. YEP, they just don't want to talk to you, but they are very willing to take your MONEY
