I clicked through from Instagram, I purchased what I thought was a black sweatshirt, it was actually brown. It didn't say a color while I was ordering. After I got it I did see that I ordered brown, had I noticed earlier I probably could have switched it. Either way happy with the product.

I ordered my wife a coffee For Christmas well in advanced and it did not arrive until the day after Christmas making me look like a total dumbass

I ordered two shirts to give as Christmas gifts. One of them was horribly misshapen and crooked. I could not gift it, and sent a message to ViralStyle about the issue. I got a message that my complaint was received, but nothing has been done to try to resolve the issue. Also, both shirts are very poor quality. I won't be using this company again, and would advise others not to as well.

The quality is horrible. Super cheap. The print is not even the color advertised. I emailed requesting refund and have yet to receive a response (1 week ago)- these are $5 shirts sold for $27

I ordered 4 shirts and 3 were refunded with no explanation and the one i did recieve is poor quality. I need to return it.

I am very disappointed in this shirt, I actually just gave it to Goodwill. I ordered a size XL for a man and I got something that may have fit a small teenager. Wont buy from again

While the product is what I expected, I will not be ordering anything for the holidays from here. It takes far too long to receive. What I ordered for my husband came after Christmas and the items I ordered for my sons and daughters-in-law still have not arrived.

I ordered these so that we could wear our "Burton" shirts on Christmas, since everyone attending would be a "Burton", but the shirts didn't ship until after Christmas. However, the shipping was quick once they finally left the facility and the quality of the product was good. Maybe next year at Christmas...

I inadvertently purchased multiple orders because the website wasnt working properly and I'm waiting for one more refund. I've sent multiple emails and still do not see the final refund.

I ordered a total of 5 items and only received 2. I emailed and have not gotten a response. Not to mention, these were for Christmas presents and were received AFTER Christmas.

I never received this product. USPS has been no help, so now I'm just out $30 for something I have and will never receive. I don't know if this is really the company's fault or USPS lost it and lied, but I can't give a positive review for something that I never received.
