The comforter has a soft cotton feel and the modern print is just like the ad photo. The comforter is very light, which is just what I wanted for a warm environment. Great look for a great price.

I absolutely do not recommend ViralStyle. I ordered a coffee mug for my father on December 8th with a guarantee from a staff member that it would arrive by Christmas. The mug was printed and ready to go on December 18th, but it did not ship until the 23rd and as a result it did not arrive until after Christmas. When I reached out to customer service on two separate occasions to see why my package had not shipped, my message went unanswered. When I sent a third message asking for a refund for my shipping costs, that message also went unanswered. This is simply unacceptable. In fairness, when the mug did arrive, I was pleased with it, but if you can find an alternative seller, I would suggest using them over ViralStyle.
I ordered a Boston championship shirt and was charged for it. Supposedly, it would be shipped in time for Christmas. It has not arrived nor have I received any info regarding my order. I want my shirt or give me back my money.

The site said guaranteed by Christmas is in the US. I got an email that my order was shipped on Dec 18, but nothing after that. On the 21st I left voicemail and email regarding order. The order finally arrived on Dec 26. I didn't have the gift to give for our name drawing when I needed it and had to ship to recipient out of town. Customer service finally replied late and didn't address my issue, just sent my tracking number, which they already knew I had. Quality of the shirt design wasn't that great either.
I ordered these mugs on December 2nd. They didn't show up until Christmas Eve and we had already left for our trip. I was so upset. They were Christmas presents. It never stated that it would take two weeks to be delivered or I would have never ordered them

The item is fine but the ordering process was a bit of a pain. I hit submit several times and nothing would happen but then I got several emails saying I was credited back to my credit card. Then finally one order went through. Unfortunately two orders went through and I was charged twice and received two shirts. I only want one so am trying to figure out how to return
This is a great gift, and my mother-in-law was very pleased with it. However, it arrived too late to give it on Christmas Day. So, overall pretty pleased but I wish it had come on time.
Shirt I ordered was great in the print and style it has. This was because it was like no other Red Sox World Series shirt i had seen before. However, it came in after Christmas when I ordered it at the beginning of the month of December.
T-shirt was shipped December the 12th. This is January 2nd and I am still waiting. UPS tracking shows it has been out for delivery for at least two weeks. Viralstyle and UPS are unresponsive.

I ordered a gift for my wife for Christmas on December 11th. Figured 2 weeks is plenty of time to fulfill this. It didn't arrive, but I received a message that it would be delivered on 12/24. Of course, they couldn't even hit that deadline. Missed Christmas entirely and came on 12/28. For the price i Paid for a coffee mug, there should be better processing and delivery service. Amazon gets things to us in 1-2 days and items are better priced.
Sweatshirts came out nice, but took a long time to receive. I ordered them on Dec 10, hoping to get by Christmas to give as a gift, and didn't receive until the 28th.
It took a little longer than I expected to get it (over two weeks) but I get that it's made to order and I ordered it during the busiest time of year so I'm ok with that. The printing turned out better than I expected. I love the embossed, rubbery texture to it. I thought it would be just a print but it was more, so that's cool. The fit in the shoulders is a little big for a medium, but it doesnt look bad and is pretty typical for a non-fashion sweater. Overall I like the product a lot but I probably wouldn't buy another unless it's on sale again since it didn't fit exceptionally well.

If you check the net there are a Lot of Unhappy Viralstyle customers, and I am another one. I also had a bad experience with this Shonky American Company. I was sent the Wrong T Shirt. And a lot of the complaints of Viralstyle relate to people receiving the wrong item, not what they ordered. Basically the problem is this is just a Money Hungary Company. They are More interested in the Mighty Dollar than providing a Decent Service. They have no Morals or Business Ethics. I'll explain, and lets just keep to shirts / tops for the moment. And yes they 'List' a lot of tops, and then add Different sizes, so there is a chance that not every design, type and size will be available. But Viralstyle Never message the buyer to inform them that their ordered top is out of stock / not available and offer the Buyer a refund. This IS their Problem, they Never offer a Refund, Yes the Mighty Dollar Drives this company. So they just send out another Item, and in doing this, acquire another sale, more incoming Money. And When they know they don't have you ordered Item, they put up the Wall to Block you from contacting them etc etc etc I Never got the Conformation Email, are not able to log into Viralstyle, and then tried to use the 'Forgot Password' email service, but that did not work, the Live Chat would not work for me, and was told was temporally out of service. YEP, they just don't want to talk to you, but they are very willing to take your MONEY
