Shirt cost 35 dollars and shrunk so much it doesn't fit. Waiting for a response from them to see if they can do anything to help. Love the shirt but very unhappy with quality of shirt

The shipping label had the mug we ordered but the wrong mug was inside the box. No way to get our money back or get the right mug.

Disappointed it got to my house the day AFTER Christmas! The person i bought it for lives over three hours away and wont receive it now until late january. Just thought since all my other ordered items made it in a timley manner this would too.

They sent me the wrong size shirt and won't respond to my email. The shirt I received was ok but does me no good si ce it is the wrong size.

Wrong item sent, no refund, arrived late.
After ordering based on a guarantee the item would arrive by 12/25, it came late and was a completely incorrect item.

What's to say? I bought a mug and it came to me. Kind of slow but it arrived in time. Also to leave a review with at least 100 characters but I don't have 100 characters of comments.

Wrong item shipped, made 2 attempts to contact company with no reply. I shipped back the wrong item and want a refund.

Not delivered before Christmas. No communication to state it would not arrive before Christmas. Shipping label was created then not shipped for days. Very rinky-dink shop.

Easy to order and somewhat timely delivery. The price was also good. Since it was the Christmas season I expected delays. We got the purchase after we returned home from Christmas.

I received a mug, but it was NOT the one I ordered. I called customer service and left a detailed message with contact information on 12/24/2018 (the day I received my order), and no one has reached out to me to discuss the problem or a solution (today is 1/1/2019). Very disappointed.

I ordered one of the Stan Lee T-shirts for my boyfriend... He really likes it... The design is nice and it arrived faster than I thought it would.

Was disappointed in the color of the OU. In the picture it appeared crimson like the OU school color but when I received the T-shirt it was more maroon like A&M.
