Great product. Exchange should be allowed. Not all shirts are the same size. I ordered small and they normally fit but I had to reorder medium.
This shirt was perfect for the fan in your life. True to size and fast delivery. Ordered it thru Facebook and was a little hesitant due to things I have ordered before but couldn't resist this one for my husband. I hoped for the best and the site didn' t let me down! Thank you so much!
Fast delivery and love the shirt. The only thing I think would be to use a cotton blend instead of just cotton. It would last longer.
T-shirt fits well and is slightly softer material than I expected. My only worry is that the print will fade quickly after being washed/dried multiple times. Otherwise looks great!

I am very pleased with the shirts and they arrived sooner than I expected. The quality of the shirt and screen printing is excellent.
I ordered 4 shirts, one never arrived and one was in the wrong size. I made continual attempts through email, phone and their website to get this rectified. I was on hold on the telephone for 30 minutes, then they disconnected the call because it was closing time for the office. No one tried to help me... they sent an email with a survey which I finally answered (no, I am not satisfied) to which they responded my case was closed. My advice is to stay away from ViralStyle... there are many other reputable tshirt companies.
Just as described a must have for every lady diamondback fan. I will do business again if I find another shirt I love.
