I ordered 2 mugs on December 11th, 2018 as a Christmas present for 2 separate people. I received my first mug shortly after Christmas which was disappointing, but somewhat understandable considering this company is by no means well-known and I'm sure they had plenty of orders around that time.
BUT, as I write this (1/24/19) I have still yet to receive the 2nd mug that I ordered that same day. I contacted support about 2/3 weeks ago requesting a tracking update on this order and their response was "Thank you for reaching out to us. The mug you ordered seems to be the item of this holiday season. Due to the demand, we have experienced product shortages with this item. While we are trying to do everything we can to fulfill our mug orders, we are unable to give an exact date of shipment at this time. Because of this, we can process a full refund for you. You are welcome to wait for this order, however we cannot provide an estimated shipping time. Please let us know how you would like to proceed."
Really? The item of this holiday season!? What a joke, and a poor apologetic response. And they can't even provide me with an update. Pathetic. I would have at least been somewhat appreciative if they would have reached out to me before I had to contact them a month later asking where the mug was. At this point, I might as well be hopeful to receive it for next Christmas... Never again with this company.
I did not receive what the page said I was supposed to. The page said if you order 1 specialty Harley and Joker T shirt you would get the other 5 free. Well that didn't happen I got the one. I will never order again
We ordered 2 Citrus Bowl shirts for nephew and husband. 2 different designs but both very nice. Only issue is the large is a little on the small size but as long as I don't dry it in dryer, it fits nice.
Designs are great and shipping time was quick.
They let you know when you will receive the item ahead of time + high quality tracking information, they have a very nicely designed modern web page, they have awesome designs and easy-to-use options to sell your own designs for an affordable low base price, they have excellent sized graphics and images displayed in their gallery and example-work, and they have excellent service and care overall! I LOVE them! Will be working with designing and selling my own stuff through them soon.
Ordering was very easy and it shipped quickly! I can't wait to wear it at my next doctors appointment!
The item came quickly, which was a shorty for my 40th birthday, and was exactly what I expected. Very good experience. I would recommend.
Everything I buy from these sites that pop up on Facebook used the WRONG orange. Texas Orange is a burnt orange. NOT a bright orange like Tennessee or Syracuse. So I always end up disappointed. It always looks right in the picture...
I still do not have a shirt. You sent me a childs shirt and I was told that I would get a adult shirt sent to me however I still do not have a shirt.
The front looks amazing but in the example I purchased the entire image on the back was most of the back but when I received the item it was very tiny and compressed.
The t-shirt I purchased was delivered quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. I love the variety available, super fun product. Great experience, I would totally order again from them!
We ordered the "TEXAS" sports teams shirts as Christmas presents but were disappointed when we got the shirts. The printing and/or logos were "fuzzy" (out of focus) unlike what was represented in the advertising.
The address on my order was correct, but when I called customer service to inquire as to why the UPS/Post Office could not deliver it, they suggested that I call UPS to find out where the shipment was since it had the wrong address on it. I feel that customer service should have done the follow up inquiries since ViralStyle was responsible for putting the incorrect address on the package. I still have no idea what the status of my order is. I am considering canceling the credit card charge if I don't have an update within the next few days.
We love our shirts... great quality, fit and color. We feel great wearing then and supporting our team.

I ordered the t shirt and after i paid for the shirts I noticed that the address was an old address and changed it. The package was sent back from the P. O. and I'm still waiting on it.
