I ordered 2 Clemson National Championship tshirts from this company. It took a while for the order to ship. When the order arrived only one shirt was in the package. The shirt was very cute and good quality. I emailed the company and there was no response. I called and left a message and no one called me back. I called again today and representative said he would have another one printed and shipped. No idea how long that will take.:-(

The quality of the sweatshirt I ordered was great. The time I received it was exactly on time to put it on for the Superbowl game. That was what I wanted it for. Had no problems at all and would definitely order from ViralStyle again and suggest it to others.
I ordered 4 shirts and only 2 were sent but packaging said 4 were sent. Had to call to get other 2 shirts sent. Quality control is obviously a problem.
First, When ordering online, there's no option to tell them to ship to a house or business. I had it shipped to work. Well, the package finally got to me, after it was given to 2 other people with my same first name. The last name was not on the shipping label!
So I received a sweatshirt & long sleeve T-shirt. The fabric was an extremely low quality. In addition, they were WAY too big. I wanted to return them for a smaller size. Nope! You can only return them for the reasons in the policy. See attached policy. I have never heard of such a thing. Any other online company would accept the return in a heartbeat, and resend a different size. Not ViralStyle! Ridiculous policy. Then today I received an email was a link to the sizing chart. It stated "The following is a link to our size guide, that should help answer any questions you may have regarding size and materials. All measurements are in inches: We do recommend reviewing the sizing chart because we do not accept returns for receiving what is ordered." I didn't have a question about sizing. I used the chard before I ordered the 2 items. But it wasn't helpful because I ordered basis on the chart & they were too big! I won't ever order from this company again!
This shirt is fantastic! High quality material and looks amazing! Will most definitely order clothing from here again. Came thru the washer and dryer and retained its size and shape very well. Love it and wear it proudly!
Placed an order almost 60 days ago... never received the order. Inquired about the order, was told it never was sent and I could be issued a refund. Then received a second email stating the order was still coming. Two weeks later the post office still says no package has ever been delivered and I have reached out about the status of my refund THREE TIMES and now I cannot get a response. Worst customer service ever!
I've emailed twice trying to exchange kid's shirt for a larger size. I can't get a reply. Horrible customer service.
Not happy, as much as I paid for the shirts. The shirt was stuck together when we recieved it and its pulling of the shirt.

I ordered a t-shirt and sent it to my daughter. She received it in short amount of time and loved it. I do not appreciate having to write 100 characters to describe my experience.
Bought a clock off of the site. Looked beautiful on the website. When I received the clock it was obvious they used low resolution images in making the face of the clock. Also, color contrast was off making it hard to make out the image.
Another issue was assembly was required and that was not disclosed. This was a bit annoying especially when instruction tell you to press down firmly but the item you need to press down is fragile and bends easily.
Overall it was a very cheap and flimsy product. When I attempted to return it under the option it was a lower quality then advertised, I was told I could NOT return even though their website says I can return it within 7 days for any reason stated.
Overall very disappointed with the product and the customer service.
I found a long sleeve Ohio State Tee with a reasonable price and ordered it. It arrived just in time for me to give it to my husband for Christmas. He loves it.
The communication was very good; however, the shirts were not as advertised or pictured in your add. The printing on the shirt was pictured to be sparkly and colorful, when they arrived there was no sparkle and no glitter. I was very disappointed and will not order from you again.
It was a breeze to order my anti-MAGA hat, which arrived promptly and in good shape. Love the cap. I will wear it with pride. Thank you, Viral Style.
