Very upset with my purchase, it's not sturdy at all, after following each instruction for the 4-5th time the table collapsed and is not going to work. I realize it is a cheaply priced and will purchase a sturdier table next.
The Furniture arrived and I could not believe it! It is so Unique, and stunning! Great packing, no damage, and Fast shipping! This will be my New go to Place! I have one more bathroom to do! And this will be exactly what I order! I Don't need to Look anywhere else, So glad I found Vida xl!
The chairs we ordered came in a timely manner. Beautiful looking chair. The hardware that was sent with the chair was inadequate and we had to buy new. We tried the chairs out over Christmas around our table and there are only two of the four left standing. The wood cracked on the legs of one of the chairs and the whole side of the other chair completely fell off. We needed to use these in a public setting and would not work at all.
I did try to call customer service and was greeted with someone named Diane to leave a message. There was not a business greeting just Dianne. I called a second time thinking I had the wrong number but the same response. I did leave a call back message on the first call with no call back.
I bought the shoe cabinet worth $236. One of the parts is wrong so the drawer cannot be installed. I requested for a replacement part and was told that it will arrive in 20 days. 60 days passed but no replacement part. Followed up on the request but was informed of the mistake that request was rejected because it was out of stock, and offered $30 for the cost of part. It is a very unfortunate and disappointing experience. Not satisfied with product and customer service.
The tracking feature did not work for me. My furniture went from the carrier door to delivered. When I called to check on my order, the man said I had no such order. I forwarded the pics and invoice you had sent me. The tv cabinet is now together and it just what I wanted. You have not yet debited my account for the purchase. You probably should let people know that major assembly is required. Each part should have a letter to designate what part it is. Overall, not a bad experience.
We initially ordered a greenhouse with plastic panels, hundreds of aluminum brackets and a million screws. The frame was so flimsy we didn't go any further knowing it wouldn't stand up to any sever weather. I found this one and it seems to have it all! It was simple and fairly quick to set up. We put the frame together on the patio and then walked it out to the spot where it would be put to work. Slid the fabric over the frame, secured it as suggested and in addition to that as well. It's a perfect size, easy access, along with 4 windows for ventilation. I would by another one of these in a heartbeat!
I love the look of the product. With assembly, there were some issues. I am pretty handy and some of the parts did not line up correctly and took a lot of work to get together. Others were very easily put together. Also for some reason the chairs came with plastic around the handles that could not be removed cleanly. Overall I am satisfied with the product.
I was very pleased when I ordered this tent for a very important event. Yet, on the day of the event I discovered that there were several walls of the tent missing which caused the tent to 1) look visually unappealing and 2) not being able to be closed in all the sides. For this reason, I am asking you for a refund.

When I unboxed the arch to put it together, found several pieces of wood split down the middle. Had to use wood glue to repair the split wood.
This was definitely not worth the $125.00 we spent. If I would have seen this assembled in a store, I would have been hard pressed to spend $50.00 on it.
Very poor quality I dont expect more then 6 months of use before it completely falls appart.
I have already incorporated the VidaXL into my mobile service and I can work as smoothly and effortlessly as in the Shop. I have no complaints at all at this point. I ordered on Sunday night received it by Thursday.

The center so this is a design flaw which we will have to correct ourselves by somehow fastening them together. We are trying to figure out a way to secure them.
My new computer desk is precisely what I needed. It is large enough to hold everything I use and small enough to keep out of the way when not in use. I have one small complaint. The setup instructions could be much clearer.
The cabinet arrived with some minor blemishes due to rough shipping, but nothing that couldn't be easily fixed. The unassembled cabinet is a bit delicate, so until it's assembled care must be taken. Connecting parts must also be handled with care. However, once assembled, it's sturdy enough. Follow directions carefully, or you'll end up having to take it apart. If you do have to take it apart, you'll need a very slender blade to slide under the locking mechanisms, and another blade to slide it apart. Tricky. I had a lot of practice, lol. I thought it would have shelves all the way across, but it has a vertical storage area on the right side. At first I didn't like it, but actually made good use of it. The cabinet has a lot of storage room. It's taller, wider and deeper than many competitors. VidaXL doesn't have frequent auto communication like Amazon, but they do an excellent job on customer service. It's a good deal for the money IMO.

Ordered a Cabana canopy it was shipped in a clear plastic flimsy bag. It should've been in a box. I'm surprised the plastic didn't rip on the way here. I guess we got lucky. Also I received an email that it was shipped with a link to track however the link never worked and when I sent an email asking for a tracking number and carrier nobody ever got back to me Until I sent an email stating I wasn't sure if this was even a real business.
I ordered a reclaimed barnwood desk. When it came, the back was cracked and one of the front drawer fronts was cracked (probably in shipping). I called Customer Service. They sent me a link to replacement parts. I ordered a new top, and it came in one week! I am very satisfied on how my claim was processed and the speed of it!
I ordered four sets of some patio furniture and they arrived as they would to a manufacturer. All the parts were in one bag as opposed to arriving in four separate containers. After assembling the furniture we went to sit on the cushions and they aren't necessarily uncomfortable, but I'm never excited to sit on them or invite guests to do so. Also, a fair amount of the cushions came damaged due to being stuffed without care in the shipping containers.
There was a mix up on an auction result on vidals end. I was notified I lost an auction by email but my account showed I won and I did have the highest bid. When I notified the company I was given the runaround. After a month of going back and forth they gave me a small credit with their company. I didn't receive my auction item
The outdoor storage box/basket is working great and well worth the value when compared to alternatives! Easy to assemble and is functioning as advertised. It is also lightweight which is nice... we will have to see how it holds up, but so far, so good!
We have a dog who likes to slip out the gate when someone comes in... We have a pretty entrance and this is a perfect second layer gate. We are going to use the wider gates as side fence panels since we want them to look as finished and sturdy as this. Really gorgeous and well made item!
