I rarely write reviews, especially bad ones, but this company sent me a $200 wooden room divider (indoor/outdoor) and it's broken in at least 6 places. The wood is so fragile that where the screws go in to hold the hinges, the wood is cracked wide open, enought so that it cannot be fixed. According to their webpage, returns will cost NOTHING if the product is damaged. Beware. Return costs are usps = $111 and UPS = $139. And Vida XL will not pay shipping. I am very upset. I wouldn't consider buying anything from them because of bad customer service and crappy products. They didn't respond to any my emails until I got Paypal involved. BEWARE!
The worst seller we've had in our long Amazon shopping history. Failure to meet delivery deadlines, different tracking numbers (non-existent) of order, ignore successive requests for refund of postage, ignore requests from the Amazon department. In the end we opted for Desestimento of the purchase after losing us 9 days and several calls
I ordered a 72 inch cushion for a swing, which was initially hard to find anywhere. Anyway I received my order really fast & the product was better than the pictures. It had ties that weren't shown in the pictures. Thanks!
I order a 19' x 19' x 4' dog pen which was reasonably priced from VidaXL and received it quickly with no problems. I assembled it in reasonable time. But the roll of wire came unrolled and separated which caused an issue in time on assembly. It was a headache to keep from separating from the roll.
I liked my first experience and the product that I purchased 2 more. I had trouble logging in and reached out to customer support. The response was quick and the temporary ID# allowed me to complete my order. Items arrived on the third day!
We took on the Half Moon Teak Chairs 16 to be exact. Each Chair was a two man job. Some of them were missing metric fasteners, needed longer screws and or missing screw holes-all parts which we were able to find locally at our Fastenal. Some were rather challenging and It did take some time. Customer Service was great! They helped us through the process and are helping us speedily to rectify the 1 chair we could not build. Ultimately... the chairs are beautiful and unique and I couldn't be happy with the customer service. Thank you to all those who helped me!
Hello, I purchased 2 karge dog cages and not real impressed. The problem is the fence material is very cheap and had many damaged sections that had to be fixed with the wire spools supplied. Im handy so i spent hours repairing the openings
Wasn't expecting the highest of quality for the price. Surprised at how well it seems to be built. The pic and the description don't mention anything of the top having open slots. That part was a little deceiving. No intentions of returning it, does the job required.
They had a confetti deal of an extra 10% off. I ordered a patio set, got the discount only to find out days later that they had no stock and would refund me and sent me a link to what's available. The same item I bought (which they have no stock of) was on that link as available. I let them know, that I would like to get my 10% off a different set, they told me no. I told them that the set still shows its available, and they didn't respond.
What a joke of a company.

Our unit is leaking. We've reached out and we're first told they couldn't find our order and have to give a great deal of information. Then was asked for pictures of the problem which we sent. Then asked for videos which we sent and now we haven't heard back at all with any kind of resolution. A little tired of waiting and still have a brand new leaky unit :(
Ordered an office desk. Arrived in beaten up, previously used boxes (it was clear that somebody got that desk and returned it before me). Desk was not fitting together, it was made poorly, holes were in the wrong place and previously made holes that were a mistake were filled in but fell out during transit. The desk was smaller than the company made. The drawers almost fell of when putting something in. The whole desk was spray painted with white and I got white fingers when touching it. AWFUL. Please do not order from them! TRASH
My husband put together the arbor. When he took pieces out of the box and started putting it together he pointed out to me a wooden piece was split in half. I was going to notify the company but instead he added some extra nails to hold the piece together
The Farmhouse was gifted with one of your 16 X 32 ft. Event tents, with 5 vinyl windows on each long side. We erected it the second week in April of this year (2017). It took us 8 novices 2 ½ hrs., but it was absolutely worth it. The first event was an Alice and Wonderland Bridal Shower and the second event was a June 1, 2, 3, 4th Glamp Out and we turned it into a 50s Diner. During April, May and June we had two serious storms with 40 mile an hour winds. The tent withstood them in flying colors. We particularly are impressed with the zip up doors on each gable end, if you choose to use them. 5 of us disassembled it and stored it back in the boxes it came in. Thank you. A&S Johnson

Unfortunately, the acacia table came with a cracked or damaged so I have to call them and requested a replacement and their representative was very accommodating and I'm waiting now for the replacement to arrive

This gabion from vidaXL is just the trick for someone with lots of rocks. I live on the side of a wooded hill in Nor Cal -- and we got rocks!
The directions could have been a bit more clear, but overall the buildout was pretty easy. Two people on the task makes it easier.
Very pleased with the results.
I ordered this product thinking it was a top of the line kennel. Once I received it and started putting it together I realized I could have bought a panel kennel for the same price without all of the extra work. The chain link was very cheap and poorly made. The chain link was coming apart when unrolling it and it was getting tangled up on itself. I was also missing some of the poles for the canopy. I made it work but I will not buy another kennel from this company. If i could attach pictures I would.

I opened an account with VidaXl last week, i placed an order for an item and had the money taken from my bank account, i can no longer access my vidaxl account to track any order, i also have had no correspondence from the company either, i am under a considerable amount of stress. I cant contact them. What can i do?
- On 4/5/20 I ordered a sink: vidaXL Basin River Stone Oval 11.8"-14.6". The sink I received was not as advertised; it was triangular shaped and up to 10", with an inside diameter between 5" and 8". I requested a refund. I had to drive 2 hours out of my way to get return labels printed and return the sink at the closest UPS location.
- On 4/12/20, I ordered another model: vidaXL Basin, Ceramic Rectangular Black 16.1"x11.8"x4.7", and was very happy with it.
- On 4/24/20 I received an email stating that my replacement for sink #1 was ready for shipment. I emailed VidaXL, reminding them that I did not ask for a replacement but a refund.
- On 4/27/20 I received a replacement for sink #1. I sent VidaXL 2 more emails, explaining them the situation and asking to be compensated for the extra 2 hours I would need to drive to return them sink #3, which I never ordered. VidaXL ignored my emails and had me sent them back their sink before issuing me a refund.
Product came in a timely manner. The directions were terrible. Nothing on the website indicated that it had to be attached to a fixed structure (house) and only mentioned a "stone structure" in the directions. Luckily a friend was able to design a way to set it up without attaching it to our house. I emailed vidaXL and it took them almost a week to send a canned email.
Answer: They won't send you one! We tried because my printer was out that's the only way to get one if you print it yourself!
