Garbage was delivered to my garage door
August 17, 2019

The box was torn apart on three of the four sides with pieces hanging out.
I sent the info. The next day and several pictures. I have waited a week and the only response was that they were received. I want the box and whatever contents removed and a refund.

Nice look, difficult to build

While the style of the yard furniture I bought looks nice, it was very cumbersome and time consuming to put together. The instructions are hard to make out as the illustrations are tiny and there are no written instructions.

The price was good for the beach chair. Shipping was very fast. Quality of merchandise was just mediocre. The chair seems flimsy and smaller then expected. I will try it for a bit and see how it holds up

Red Bullhorn purchase

This was the place I found the horn I was looking for from a YouTube video. He gave the website's information in the video and did some research and decided the site he got it from was the best bet. The horn works great and came with everything it said it would. My only issue is that thd packaging was probably too small and not enough protection inside(one thin bubble/foam wrap piece). The box was too thin and small it barely fit inside. On top of that thd packaging was sliced open and fit back on box. I don't know if that's how they packed it or in transit they cut it open. Either way pieces could've fallen out easily and been lost. I would have been extremely irritated if we would have had to wait again for the missing piece to be replaced. Thank goodness it was all there. The time it takes for shipping is super long. Overall good product and price but shipping needs improvement.

Camping table and stools

I'm very happy with the table. The stools are very flimsy. We are all of average weight, and yet the legs on the stools bent. Which made us fall on our butts. I'll have to buy sturdy chairs for the table.

One disappointment

I love the chairs, BUT - lining up the arms with the holes in the frame was
Difficult because the leather wrapped arms didn't have the holes in the proper
Place or were missing. Also - why leave the leather on the chair back without
A piece of finished leather on the reverse side? I would have paid another
$25 gladly to have those finishing touches.

Missing parts
September 10, 2020

All of the screws fell out of the box somehow, I was able to find all but one... the instructions were vague and not helpful... pieces were labeled on the instructions, but not on the individual pieces. It came with an Allan wrench but you will need a Phillips ‍

Somewhat Satisfied

I had an issue with my order and had to reach out to customer service. Customer service handled things well and appropriately, but correspondence took a long time and I was nervous they weren't going to respond at times. It was extremely difficult to fill out the lost package form and an upgraded method of obtaining that information would be helpful. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, but I may look elsewhere to shop in the future due to these issues.

Made into a bird house
October 28, 2019

I bought this cage to house finches. I left out the second floor platform tray, added perches and feeders and my finches love it. The 1/4" screen is perfect for even my tiniest finches. I used the front of the platform tray to seal off the gap where the platform tray is suppose to be. The birds love to roost at night up in the side that is solid and doesn't have screen. Its big enough for the amount of birds I have yet small enough that it doesn't take up a lot of space. It's HOME TWEET HOME!

So so happy
December 21, 2020

My baby is 2 months old now. I've been manually pumping for that long. Now that I have an electric pump, things have been so much easier. Thanks to vidaxl, my breastfeeding experience has been so much more exciting for me. The pump I chose is perfect for getting the job done. Perfect little stools for our deck
April 27, 2020

My husband built a deck bar out of metal roofing and barnwood, and these stools are the perfection compliment to the bar. They are even prettier than pictured online, and are easy to put together and quite sturdy. We are very pleased with the service and the product!

Missing Parts

Disappointed

Not worth the money.

Comes in MANY pieces, and some holes not predrilled; wood is kind of thin and splits easily; 2 pieces were split when it arrived. Difficult to put together because the instructions are not very clear, and none of the boards are labeled.

Very good customer service!

I am giving this review 3 stars because the customer service is amazing; but the chicken coop itself was a disappointment. Customer service was quick to want to help resolve any problems. The representative was happy to relay issues to the manufacturer. Chicken coop was difficult to assembly; directions were not clear; overall, not very stable.

Avoid doing business here

I ordered a gazebo with a cream colored canopy but that is not what I received. I received a damaged box with tape all over it to hold it together that had dented pieces, no directions, no screws to assemble the pieces, and the canopy was also missing.

Folding chairs

Everything OK except one of the steps in the assembly instructions was unclear. Attaching the metal plate to the arm rests should be done before adding the legs to the metal plate. It took a while to figure that out, second chair was done in half the time.

Dont waste your time

I ordered 3 pieces of furniture for which I was promptly charged for. The shipping email was normal listing all 3 items however only one was received. I contacted customer service and was told one of the items was it of stock and they would refund me and the other would be on its way. To date I have not received the missing item or been refunded. I checked their website and they still have the out of stock item listed!

Dont waste your time or money

Horrible

My item was damaged, I unable to reach anyone over the phone, holding for over 45 minutes at a time. I could only correspond thru email. They refused to resend unless returned the merchandise 4 large boxes I don't have a truck and with corona virus I don't have anyone willing to help me. I asked them to resend and would give UPS the damage product they refused.
