The cabinet arrived with dented and bent parts. Not sure if the damage was done in shipping or prior, but improvements in the packing are needed to avoid damage in shipping. The assembly instructions leave a lot to be desired, the diagrams are small with little identifiable detail. Perhaps a video on how to assemble would be helpful. My first review was not posted on the website.
I bought 4 items costing almost $400 when they arrived they were defective and could not be used I contacted the company for a return label and a refund, they refused they offered to send me parts the problem is it is half of all the items that are bad or give me a partial refund of $10 and I could keep their junk what a joke
Worse experience ever! Customer service phone # is not valid. You call, they put you on hold and after 5 mins the call drops. Chat is a machine that defers you to contact them via email. Don't get me started on their customer service email option. I filled out a form that the merchandize was damaged and I need a replacement. I was asked to ship the damaged box, but the return label had my address on it. What is the point of shipping the 25 pounds box to myself? I reached out to the customer service several time asking for the correct return label. Every time I was told it is correct. Just for fun, I shipped it and guess what? It arrived the next day back to me. What a joke?! Complete waste of my time and energy. 2 weeks later and no replacement was provided. Never ever again!
I love the glass TV riser I purchased.
This was my first time using vidaXL. The shopping experience and communication was a little better than many sites. Good communication and updates with an email link to check the order with one click. The product was as described and on time. I'd recommend.
I purchased a deck box last month. The box arrived with broken top and sides and mishaped connectors. I sent photos to VidaXL. I was told that I could dispose of the broken item and the replacement would be sent. About 2 weeks later, I was told to return the item even though the shipping box and the broken pieces were thrown away. Then I was told that the item could not be replaced because they didn't have any. When I came to the site and found that it's still being sold... I wrote customer service and was told then that a replacement had been ordered. A month has gone by now and there's been no replacement. I reached out to inquire for the tracking number and then Today I get an email asking me to return the broken item because the warehouse can't ship. Shame on VidaXL for being a disreputable company knowing that this was for a Christmas gift. I will never purchase anything from this company in the future. Buyers beware!

I purchased this for my wife who is very pleased with the wall she has constructed. She loves the cages and is very happy with how quickly everything arrived. Would definitely purchase from vidaXL again!

I ordered a room divider and I was looking forward to it and after receiving it. I was very disappointed, it was just some metal sticks and a few pieces of cloths. Not worth it 60 bucks, I threw it out the same day because it would not stand as they claimed it would.

I purchased a desk for my mother, which came with millions of parts none label to put together, instructions are to basic to put together you basically have to figure out what goes where. All parts are still sitting on my living room until I could actually have the time to figured it out.
The item is very cheaply built with SEVERE DAMAGE to every locker. We ordered 10 lockers for a total of almost $2,500 and they are complete junk. I still have not heard back on my request to return. This has been a complete waste of time and money.
Great quality product for the price. The instructions are not the greatest. But if you have good logic and have good intuition you can assemble this. It is all in front of you. My solar unit came damaged, and that was the only negative.
We had searched online for days to find a radiator cover as there was nothing available locally. Vida had exactly what we were looking for at a very good price. Shipping was fast and efficient. The product was easy to assemble and it fit the radiator perfectly. We look forward to doing future business with Vida.

Awful! Assembly required wooden pegs. Smashed the first one. Had to buy 1 1/4 inch screws, washers and nuts to assemble. To put on arms the inserts for the screws were not done properly so they would not catch. Had to find Metric 1 1/2 inch screws to make it work. It took us a day to figure out, go buy the materials and then put it together. The instructions left a lot to be desired. The second chaise lounge went together much faster since we had the screws and had the assembly figured out. Would I recommend: NO!
Some of the parts came bent, I was going to return them but the assembly team was able to put them together.
Needless today they are not 100%, overall I think the box and Styrofoam was very flimsy.
They are already built and they work, so unless they fall apart I will use them. Would recommend not to buy or use caution when ordering.

I didn't really except too much for the money. However, the wheels could have had some kind of bearing system. Totally useless for what I want. I'll try to salvage some parts for the end product I'm after.
Received the zinc top potting bench. The zinc surface was bowed and the back piece split where two top screws were set. Rather than the hassle of returning it, I disassembled the top, glued the splits and used a broad putty blade to separate the zinc sheet metal, flattened it and reglued it. Expected better quality; can't imagine what quality control process was in place that released this in an unacceptable condition.
I had trouble with my coffee table
Coming in an unsatisfying condition, when I asked for new parts my request was fulfilled right away and I was sent my parts immediately. Great service! Definitely will be ordering again
The tv stand was very easy to asssmble but to be honest the bookshelf section doesn't even fit books which it shows in the picture and is completely not true but for this price it's to be expected.

The product I ordered was exactly what I expected. My only issue at all is having to use Allen wrenches but we fixed that by purchasing our own screws so we could use our electric screwdriver. However that did add to the cost but it was well worth it.
The one I ordered was for 15 chickens. I have received compliments on the looks of it. It took a couple of days to assemble as the assembly instructions were difficult to follow at times. If needed I would order another

Needed a TV stand that fits my love of reclaimed wood. The half-barrell "coffee table" is too small for a coffee table, but perfect for my TV.
My only complaint is that they do not appear to accept or publish reviews.
Answer: They won't send you one! We tried because my printer was out that's the only way to get one if you print it yourself!
