Love the item we purchased but one of the support bars was incorrect. One good, one wrong. I emailed customer support but got no response.
Very cheaply made (but you pay for what you get). The instructions are horrible. The single is made for midgets (small people).
Instructions need to be more expletive in explaining how to assemble the trailer. Need adjustment on all the pads.

The chairs look great on my patio but the instructions were not in the box. I found them online but they were not the best instructions at all.
We ordered a pool ladder. The ladder was delivered quickly, was easy to put together, and is a nice addition to our pool.

Product arrived quickly. Great customer service. So friendly. & love the sun loungers- they're perfect!
Table and chairs are very nice... somewhat of a challenge to put together. Holes do not line up perfectly. Good for the price!

Assembly instructions were completely inadequate. Put things together several different ways to make number of nuts and bolts come out right.
