The company delivering my package lost the package, I initially couldnt get hold of vidaxl, but they sorted it in the end

The furniture looks nice on the web but it was very hard to fit the pieces together. Pieces came bent and broken

I received my order promptly... thank you.
I will not set it up for awhile, but I like what I have examined.

The patio set arrived without tracking, it was kinda tricky putting together but once put together, the set looks nice and we're pleased with it

I bought this, it was difficult to assemble, once it was done it didn't want to stand up, very unstable. The wind broke the gate within 5 days.

Did not hold up lasted only 2 weeks. Not worth the money very disappointed would not recommend the cage the latches didn't stay on

Missing screws, my husband had to buy screws. The diagram a bit difficult to understand as to parts not labeled.

The arbor we bought came together until we tried to attach the decorative arms. The pieces we either misshapen, or the wrong length. Very unhappy.
