I pathetically purchased a pair of cabinets from this site with the feeling that they were a sketchy business and that feeling has prevailed. Took my money and no product or refund. I have reported them to my bank and the process is ongoing. The representative writes a rebuttal that they are resolving the issue and does not! DO NOT PURCHASE A THING FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
Purchased a 2mx3m shed. If I could choose negative stars, this is where I would start. The product (a shed) was dangerously flimsy - I mean a gentle breeze would, in all likelihood, cause it to crumple - almost paper-thin metal. So - I returned it - and then things got worse. Firstly they denied that they had received it - but I had kept the receipts from the company that picked it up. Then the usual "cheque is in the mail" modern equivalent via email - but nothing. I have raised this with Paypal and am hopeful of a refund but honestly, I entirely regret buying from this company. Use my experience as a guide and AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

The scythe arrived quickly, and that was the end of its good points. The blade was as sharp as the wrong end of a butter knife. After sharpening, it was unwieldy to use because the handle is not secure and shakes with every swing regardless of how tightly you screw in the bolts. The wooden handles cracked when slid on to the shaft, and the blade itself bent when used in thick grass... which is the entire point of the scythe. Horrible quality, utterly disappointed. DO not buy.

The quality of this product is WAY below a 1-star rating, I would give it a -10 rating. We purchased 2 raised flower beds that are the same. When we were ready to put them together, we realized we should not have waited. Some parts were rusted thru the paint, the holes were oblong so when you put the nuts and bolts together some of the nuts went through the holes( they should have provided washers and this would not have been an issue), the holes are so close to the edge that the material between the hole and edge broke when made, the material is very thin and flimsy, when we put the braces on to 1 of the sides we built, the entire side did a big twist, the directions are poor at best. We have purchased other brands a bit more in price, but after this experience, we will pay more and get quality, THIS IS NOT IT!

Beware when dealing with this company, I had an awful experience with vidaXL, so make sure the same does not happen to you. They do not respect tax treaties and keep your VAT money illegally. Will never buy from them again.

I get surprised whit how bad quality sofa i ordered. So overpriced and isn't like the pictures online. I call them the same day of the delivery to get a refund and they making it hard. So disappointed whit this company, I feel scammed

They told me they would give me a full refund if I sent the defective item back. I shipped it back to them but then they asked me for my sensitive bank account information. Very suspicious and abnormal. They refused a refund through any normal means. Know that you will be cheated by this business!

The tv stand was very easy to asssmble but to be honest the bookshelf section doesn't even fit books which it shows in the picture and is completely not true but for this price it's to be expected.

Very bad experience from the products they sale and very bad customers service.
We purchased some chairs and the product is very poor material meaning in a few weeks getting broken or damaged.
We don't racommended purchase anything from them!

Shipping was super fast. After unpacking the biggest table had a detail on the wood finish but customer service took care of the matter. I must admit I wasn't expecting this much care for their customers. My issue was resolved fast and easy. This was my first purchase and after the pleasant exchange with their customer care Im sure I'll buy again with confidence. Overall the tables are great, love them and they seem to offer good quality for the price. Affordable and good looking furniture!

If I could give them a 0, I would. I wish I had read reviews before buying from them. The price one of my items was $532 when I placed my order online.
2 days later they send an invoice charging me $60 more!
When I write customer service they claim "we can't do anything if the price went down"
The price did NOT go down, they overcharged me.
Not to mention the color they shipped me is entirely the wrong color & they are offering a measly $6 credit for that mistake, which is a complete joke off a $600+ order value.

I am super grateful for customer service reaching out. They were kind and explained things well.
I wrote a previous review listed below between June 23rd, -June 26th, 2023. I cannot remember the exact date. At that time, I provided a one-star rating.
The day after or of my original review, customer service kindly reached out to remedy the situation. They offered me a full replacement, and I offered to adjust my review upon receiving it.
SECOND REVIEW:
The replacement was lovely. I did learn more about the design of the desk during this process. For the original desk, I was wrong, the set of hardware did fit, but the holes for the screws were not counter-sunk for the desk, which is why I thought the hardware was incorrect, except for the screws for the handles; those did not ever fit.
The replacement desk, everything we perfect except for the handles. Although the screws fit this time, they did not line up. Again, I added string for the handles instead, which looks fine and works. Overall, the product was usable, but you have to be a bit handy to adjust when the hardware doesn't align or fit.
FIRST REVIEW:
I was quite excited about purchasing a smaller desk to work from home. I realized the desk had a significant crack- right where it connects with the leg. I contacted customer service, who explained they had no more replacement items. They requested I mail the bill x back, despite the box that it came in not being reusable due to the poor shipping & delivery process. They could not assist me in any manner going forward due to policies.
I attempted to fix the issue myself, using clamps, wood glue, etc. - while working on it, I learned all of the bolts & screws were incorrect. Several items, including where the handles go, showed no pre-drilled holes, as shown in the directions. I had to go out and purchase my bolts and ended up using some string to use as handles to pull out draws.

I had a very painful experience with the ecommerce business. I placed an order for a day bed. I received the product in 56 pieces and I found out that 13 pieces were missing. After a week of calling their incompetent and useless call center, I received an email from them informing me that they don't have the missing pieces and they can give me AED120 to go and find the pieces in the market. Can you believe how stupid is this reply. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. They are scam.

I ordered a desk from VidaXL a few weeks ago. It arrived very damaged and also missing parts. I was told that they would arrange for a time with me to pick it up and then would send me a new one. On two various days they planned with me a pick up day during which I had to stay home all day, as the package was supposed to be picked up from me between 8am and 5pm. Both times, nobody ever came. I was not given any sort of refund. A huge waste of my time and I also still do not have a desk now which I had planned to get at the time I needed it. I cannot contact VidaXL by phone because their number does not work! If this was a respectable company they would offer me a full refund for wasting 2 days of my time (while I was waiting for their promised pick up of the damaged desk) and also for having to repackage the product myself and for going weeks without the item I have paid for. Instead, I have now been told to send it back myself. I live alone in a city and have no car and the package is too heavy for me to handle alone. I am extremely frustrated and do not recommend Vidaxl to anyone.

I received a item purchased on vidaXl and when dealing with VidaXL customer service (Which is a stretch to cal them that) Different person answers, with a different excuse as to why they can't pick a item up.
Do not deal or buy anything from this company, the ship you garbage and then steal your money.

I wouldn't have left such a terrible review. Yes you finally sent me a return invoice and you finally refunded my money. But only after this review was originally posted. I have ordered a TV Trolley showing on their website. What I received is a Package Box. It means I have to assemble it. Sorry, this cannot be acceptable. I need a refund for my money.
They need to advertise that the customer has to assemble it by himself.
Then they contacted me and refunded partially which I used to give a carpenter to assemble. Now I am satisfied.

I had a pathetic experience with a TV stand I recently purchased.
1. All the parts I received were un-labelled. Screws as well as wood pieces.
2. Step 7 of the manual was very confusing. There was no marking on where it had to be placed nor a hole punched.
3. There were no holes drilled for 70% of parts. I had a hard time marking and making holes
4. Holes for door hinge were incorrect.
5. There was a lot of wood dust inside the package.
6. I requested for call back but never received it. The chat support guys asked to watch youtube video but there are none for specific model.
I somehow managed to assemble the product not perfectly though. But it was a terrible experience for a decently priced item.

I would strongly recommend all users to read my review before purchasing from VidaXL. I purchased a mini greenhouse from them and it came missing parts. 2 x Corner joints which should be angled was packaged instead with 2 wrong 90 degree ones. I called them for a replacement part and they responded that the part was backordered. The only options they gave me was wait for the missing part which may take months, receive a measly $13 credit or send the product back for a refund. Wow, I spent half a day assembling the product. What a waste of time and money.
