THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NO PRODUCT, I tried talking with them they HANG UP on me twice, now I'm speaking with my bank because seams they are a SCAM, the bank cannot give my money back saying Victoria secret got my money an I need to wait them to send them back.

Victoria secrets saying I didn't pay nothing, so now I don't have my money or my order.

DO NOT BUY from VICTORIA secrets they are playing with your money!

I ordered a $30 sweater, and had to pay an equal $30 in shipping fees. Their "free shipping" and discount promos NEVER apply to Canadian customers so don't bother ordering from here if you're shipping to Canada. The website said that shipping takes 10-14 business days. They forgot to mention that it takes a FULL WEEK for them to even process it. I ordered ONE sweater, there is no reason it should have taken 5 business days for my order to leave their warehouse, and then another 14 business days for me to receive it. And I never received my tracking info, if I'm paying this much money in shipping fees, I expect a damn tracking number. Talked to their representatives, was lied to and told that my order had shipped when it hadn't just to get me to leave them alone. They were rude and took forever to reply. Bottom line, don't order from this website if you don't want to receive your clothes until over a month later and you really enjoy terrible customer service. Also, their clothes are SO overpriced, the crappy quality is not worth it. And you will pay double the price of your order in shipping fees. Would NOT recommend ordering from this site.

Im VS customer since 1998, I'm not a big buyer online, but this time, January 27,2022, I place an order with 17 itens, and for no reason, the VS cancelled my order, I called 3 days late to check my order, and it was cancelled. The customer service put a new order, and it was ordered to be delivered overnight, yesterday the order didn't arrived. Today I called and they say it was cancelled AGAIM, so the customer service try to redo it, and automatically was cancelled. My nice will travel to her country on February 3, and it was for her…. Today they said …. " I'm sorry, but it can't be delivered tomorrow"
Really? I'm customer for almost 25 years, and when I need to used my privilegies to help my nice, it CANT BE DONE?
It is very unacceptable! I'm sorry!

I went to get some "goodies" for my 10th anniversary trip. I am not a rich woman, but we have a good income... I saw those snooty salesgirls ignore women who were asking questions. Just because their jeans came from Walmart! (I overheard them talking and insulting the customers).
I looked everywhere for my size in a nice teddy and some panties... I was rudely told they Victoria's Secret does not make morning for "women your size"! Then she walked away! I did find a bra I like, went to the counter and got the same rude snotty attitude!
As soon as I hauled out my Luis Vatton wallet, her whole attitude changed! I made sure she rang it up, and did everything... then I told her I changed my mind and was going somewhere that caters to " women my size!". (Just for comparison, at that time I wore a size 8)
I AM NEVER GOING BACK AND HAVE TOLD EVERYONE I KNOW THE SAME THING!

Ah, the wonderful Victoria's Secret! Though some of the ensembles are drop dead gorgeous, they are meant to fit primarily women who are on the medium or large size. If you are a large and tall woman, you mostly will have to look elsewhere to find clothes that fit you.
However, Victoria's Secret does carry a good selection of female underwear in sizes 9 and 10. If you have a very generous bust, you generally have to have it made special order online anyway.
They have delightful, glamorous, and sexy outfits for us. Occasionally, they carry One-Size-Fits-All, (for instance in Catsuits, and other stretch outfits.)
Otherwise, the colors of their outfits can run from all ranges of the spectrum. Some of their outfits are drop-dead gorgeous. The quality is usually pretty good, and if you take care of your clothes, they can fade out of fashion, and come back in again 20 years later, and they still are in fine condition. But what do you think? They often do not stay on a woman for very long anyways. If you have a tender and thoughtful partner, he generally does not just rip them off you and tear them anyway, unless he is willing to buy you some frilly new gifts.

Ordered a $100 gift card for my wife. My credit card was charged (comes across my phone on Apple Pay) almost immediately. Then I get a call wanting to verify my credit card information? Why? They had already charged the card. What's the point of having an online store if you have to call to complete the order?

Then after verifying on the phone I get an email asking me to call again! A few minutes later I get a call from my mother. The mother of a 46 year old who lives in a completely different state. She had received a call from Victoria Secret wanting to verify my credit card information!

These creeps had tracked down my mother's phone number, it was not something I gave them. When I called to complain, they said, "it's public information." This is the most ridiculous invasion of privacy I have ever encountered from a retail company. I've asked them to remove ALL of my credit card and personal information but at this point I don't for a second believe these cyberstalkers have removed anything.

Do not buy from these people if you at all value your privacy!

I bought 3 bras from Victoria secret ncs I loved the fit. With 3 weeks all 3 had broken zippers! Very disappointing especial with the price I payed for them.

Bought a few set of girl stuff here and as expected, the product is like as I have seen in the advertising. Great service too. Annie approach me as kindly as she is.
