I went into Victoria Secrets last Friday to purchase 2 bottles of lotion. The lady in the front barely waved over to the section I needed. When I found what I wanted I got into line. There was one woman ahead of me that was at the counter but kept leaving and getting more items. There were 2 employees behind the counter. I started to walk up to the employee that was not helping anyone and she told me I would have to wait a minute, then she proceeded to leave instead of taking care of me. She then came back to the counter with 2 more employees and they all ignored me. I finally set my lotion on the counter in front of them and left. No one stopped me to say they were sorry for ignoring me. They just kept on ignoring me. They must be making a lot of money that they didn't care that I walked out of their store.
Service was OK, products are average, below H & M quality and you wait ages in front of the store to get in on a saturday because of all the teenage girl, who just want to look. Awful
Love the styles and the seductive designs. My husbands loves them :)

The site is user friendly. You can type in code on back of catalogue and you can shop specific book online. You can type in item number and shop exactly what you're looking for if you're using multiple catalogues and get better views. Simple to use and check out adding discounts/coupons; It won't remind you of codes for free shipping if applicable; you have to remember if it applies to your purchase before final payment. I don't like that returns are NOT free; but you can return to store which is convenient.
Found out after i had placed the order already compared to similar stores the price is something els also quality its not what i expected for the heavy price they charge
This store has a large selection of tastefully appealing lingerie for both the younger and older ladies. There are so many colors and styles to choose from whether one is shopping for a honeymoon or buying a gift for a loved one. Staff are helpful too. This store is the Total Woman's delight!
Gift shopping for lingerie is the ONLY reason to shop online at this store. The bath and body products are amazing. You must shop with your nose.

Beautiful, good quality, sexy underwear. My favorite things however are fragrances and lip gloss. Nothing beautifies a face like Victoria's Secret over your regular pretty lip stick! Smile!
I knew they were expensive going in but it was just over the top expensive for some underwear that no one is even going to see and going into the store just means having people constantly telling you about the sale going on and it gets irritating.
I wanted to to send a VS e-gift card to my friend in Canada as a surprise, so I decided to check first with a customer rep. First to see if I'm doing the right thing. I contacted them via Live Chat service, asking if I can send an e-gift card to my friend in Canada and if my friend can use the card in the store not only online and the rep. Replied with ABSOLUTELY! VS e-gift cards can be used INTERNATIONALLY even in the stores just by providing the pin # and the card number, and based on the given information I ordered an e-gift card to my friend which lasted almost 7 HOURS to be collected! Later my friend writes me and says you know what I can see the balance of the card online! So we both had to contact the customer care via Live Chat service SEVERAL TIMES, regardless that every rep. We spoke with said something different, they said my friend can't use the card, the card should be used from US as it was ordered from there, I can't get it refunded, plus many times contacting the stupid customer service. NOW IT MAKES SENSE WHY YOU CAN NOT PRINT THE CHAT FOR THESE ISSUES LIKE THE RESPECTED OTHER COMPANIES/BRANDS SO YOU DON'T GET A PROOF TO SUE THEM! If I could put NO STARS I would do that...!
