Every time I go onto their site I see something I want and I get a feeling of "I totally need this, like now" They have great shipping times and i've never had any issues with items getting lost or sent late. It always comes all together, so perfect like a little gift to myself. I called this review dangerous times because if you have a credit card you really get sucked in and start to buy everything. I do have to admit that a lot of their things are a little high when it comes to prices, but if you can afford it then no problem.
Lines are always long and registers to checkout are not all open. Slow checkout and the returns or exchange are the worst. Location is Gurnee. IL victoria's secret. Totally not friendly store
Once you know your accurate size you can order your intimates online privately without someone standing over your shoulder. My only wish with VS is that the sizes are always the same. An ex. I order 2 of the same panties just different colors and one was like it was irregular. It happens a lot.
Shopped online at VS for over 20yrs now. I rarely go to the store as I prefer to do the majority of my shopping online. The products are consistent in quality and sizing, which as an online shopper is appreciated because it takes the guesswork out of sizing and means less returns for me. The site is easy enough to navigate but sometimes difficult to determine the actual availability of a limited stock item until I add it to my cart, hence the 4-star review instead of 5-star.
I've always been very impressed by the quality, customer service, shipping and delivery of the items I've ordered from VS. Items are delivered in good time, always before the expected delivery date, and I've never had a problem with item quality.
And, when I've had to deal with customer service, I was extremely impressed. A bikini bottom I'd purchased became discoloured after I wore it for the first time. When I contacted VS about the issue, they responded promptly, and told me I would be shipped a replacement right away. They requested no photos of the bikini bottoms, and told me to keep the old one due to the inconvenience.
Overall, really impressed, especially due to the poor customer service I've received at many other companies after shopping online.
This is the only perfume which is cheap and does not give headache
One of the worst Credit card customer service I've ever had! Never open a Victoria's Secret angels card otherwise you would have to deal with the worst representatives ever. They will make a mistake and instead of apologizing and fixing the mistake, they will make you wait and wait and wait while they work on getting the problem solved and you will end up paying late fees too instead of fixing the problem and you will never get a refund as they promised once its done! So think 1000 time before you open an ANGEL card cause its going to turn your life into HELL!
Not enough in plus sizes! It's always a hassle looking for bras in my size. I've given up on this site & store and went to somewhere else. So if you're plus sized, I hope you have better luck than I have!
I love the Victoria secret pink collection! It is my most favorite clothing line ever! And now I can order my favorite products right from my phone! LOVE!

$65 for a bra that would barely fit a stick figure.....puh-lease!! My wife is 5'1 and let's just say "top heavy." There isn't a single bra in the store that is even comfortable, nevermind fits my poor wife. If Victoria's Secret wants everyone to think that your ribs sticking out is "hot" they have another thing coming to them. This is the DECADE of the curvy, get over it Victoria's Secret. Oh and your perfume is God-awful!
Truth is Victoria doesn't have a secret, and she never did either! Lol. It's worth it to shop there though, the bras last a long time! But when it comes to actually shopping in person at the store, quite a few Victora's Secret workers didn't even know how to accurately bra fit. It's comical b/c I've been told twice that I was definitely a "38B", when I'm REALLY, definitely a 36DD, I even have the card. Crazy.
Well, I haven't bought any products of Vitoria's Secret cause I'm a man but, I watched Victoria's Secret show every year. It's one of the best show with models, performance and music. And the online shop is as good as the show. Pics, designs... Love it even though I'm a man.
This is literally the ONLY place I buy my bras/underwear from! They're not just excellent quality but they fit so perfect! Especially finding a size that caters pefect to your body size unlike other department store and their generic sizes. Not one size fits all and that's why I basically live by this store. Literally! Coming from a Forever Angels card holder! Also another thing they have a point system your buying the products anyways why not be rewarded for it!
Brick and mortar stores may be overwhelming: too much perfume and lights and lingerie and it's all in your face. But their online shopping is absolutely wonderful. Delivered me a pair of beautiful undies on a really tight deadline, love them so much.
VS creates the best underwear. Although it is not that cheap I try buy only VS.

No pushy sales person at Victory Secrets. They welcome every one- young and old, they always act like your a gold customer/ like your someone special. They let you know if you need them to let them know--and when you do they are right there searching for what your looking for. I am proud to say i have no problem shopping and spending my money at their store.
