Total lack of communication. Unable to phone as lines closed and no response to emails. No updates whatsoever and weeks of waiting. Yet to receive goods. Tried to cancel twice. No response. Rubbish service.
Really bad experience.
Paid £1000 for a bath, the quality was terrible. I'm now waiting for the third bath, had to install two of them as they was happy to leave us with no bath for weeks.
No compensation as the said we shouldn't of installed it.
Rubbish company stay away.
Be careful what size you order cause you won't get it. I ordered 700mm X 700mm shower enclosure which was exactly the size I was replacing. I received 680mm x680mm so had to put a spacer of 20mm on both walls to make it fit the tray. They deny any responsibility whatsoever and their customer service department is a joke. Will never use this company again
I have several issues with them, as i had made 2 different orders after each other (products are related to each other), so, first I received smashed sink, then they sent replacement after a few weeks, in first order i have canceled one item from total 4 items, so they have canceled my entire order, then they re ordered again without the canceled item, and they charged me additional £40 pound to deliver it within 3-4 days, but also they never refund the money (£150) for the cancelled item, and they provide me the transaction reference for their refund, which is not true, their accounts made refund and then they cancelled on same time! Then from the second order which was include toilet flushing system, this system delivered without supplying the flex vaccum pipes (air hoses), and for weeks of emails and live chat, they never solved this issue, as it was missing from the order and we cannot complete the setup and use the toilet.
Initially everything seemed fine with the whole bathroom suite we had. It was fitted, looked good and we were hoping to get a good few years use out of it. First of all a watefall tap would just shoot water out at you istead of the "waterfall" effect, this was rectified with a new tap and we hoped that would be the end of it. Just a few months of shower use the shower head split whilst using (head size square head), after having to send them a picture of this they sent a replacement head but not long after this the shower started leaking at odd times, especially in the middle of the night, waking us up. Once again they sent out a replacement on/off valve but even after changing this, the leak is still happening so we have given up and with no confidence in their products are going to have to buy a new shower unit. I asked them if their products were cheap imports from China, but they would not confirm, only to say that some of their products are from outside of the UK!
We bought bathroom furniture to do our two bathrooms when it arrived the mirror was smashed, the large vanity unit was broken and the 2 toilets both leaked where they had been bodged up by manufacturers and sent out to us! And when we sent photos of the damaged things we had to wait over a week and a half for them to decide to send out replacements... would never use Victorian plumbing again as after service isnt good enough, when things arrive broken they should be replaced straight away also we have to get rid of the broken things to our expense! In 40years of doing plumbing Ive never come across a toilet that leaked within its actual moulding of the flush system...
Avoid this company at all costs, I spent hundreds of pounds buying units from this company, 1 unit and the worktop was to big so I sent it back, they acknowledged receipt of the unit and said I would receive a full refund within 5 working day, this was 3rd Aug 2019 it is now end of sept and still no refund, after dozens of phone calls and emails I still get told the same thing I will receive my refund in 5 working days. Nope still mot got it, please avoid this company at all costs
I have spent £2000 with VP and now into my third week of waiting for delivery. I have tried to chase up my order but it's impossible to speak to someone. I did a live chat and was 37 in the queue. What an awful experience and I can promise you I will never use them again. Once that They have your money they couldn't care Less about you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Not recommend to use Victoria Plumbing. Payed extra for specific day delivery. The delivery never showed up and they marked as delivered. When I contact costumer service they said the driver marked as damaged and send back. Disgusting and horrible costumerservice. They using your money and they just saying we apologise. We not talking about £2...
Very disappointed with this company. I have ordered sinks over the phone and after 3 weeks of waiting I gave them a ring to see where is the delivery. I was waiting 45min to speak to anyone and after that I was notified that the product I ordered is discontinued! Nobody bothered to ring me and tell me about this, but they were very happy to take the money. I requested a refund on the 30th of August and still haven't got my money back! It is now 9th of October. I have sent numerous emails with no answer whatsoever.

A month ago paid for a Newark 760mm x 900mm shower package (Enclosure, tray and fast flow shower waste. After two weeks of no delivery managed to contact customer service and a-week later received delivery of the shower tray and fast flow shower waste. Still no delivery of the shower enclosure. No update from them. Can't get in touch with them in order to enable me to speak to a person from customer service. All you can get is send an email which very often they don't reply to. It's so frustrating. Why did they send part of the order? When the enclosure wasn't available and told me the enclosure will be in between 25/8/21 and 31/8/21 now according to their website it's not available until 12/9/21? It's unbelievable because if the full order wasn't available they ought to have cancel my order and refund my account. VP should arrange collection of their part-items ASAP
Ordered a Shower Basket 9wks ago Victorian Plumbing took the money 9wks ago said would arrive soon. Needless to say i am still waiting. They dont seem to like answering emails 'eventually said they were out of stock will be in 13th Nov. Still nothing wrote 3 emails eventually got answer telling me they are out of stock will be in on 27th Nov. Customer Service with this company is terrible they were fast enough to take my money. First and last time i will be dealing with this company. Had to give them 1 star otherwise i would of given them NOUGHT Carol
We have waited two months for 2 sinks. No communication. No one answers the phone lines or responds to emails.
Disgraceful and Terrible Customer Service
Website selling stuff that is on their back order. Waited nearly 6 weeks for a basin. Arrived broken. Sent an email / picture on the same afternoon. A week later. No response from Victorian Plumbing! Spent a hour trying to find a contact phone number... doesn't appear to have one any longer? Resorted to Live Chat... bad experience! Was told that my order was delivered two months earlier than the actual date it arrived on site... hence my damaged report/returns had expired! CAN YOU PEOPLE PLEASE INVEST IN A TELEPHONE SO THAT I CAN SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING THAT UNDERSTANDS THE WORKINGS OF A CALENDER!
In March 2020 I purchased a cloakroom suite.
I selected the most costly item because it was important that I received the highest quality product that would last the longest period of time.
Two weeks after installation the product started to fall apart because the veneer was faulty. This meant the MDF swelled.
Following emails that finally convinced them it was a faulty product (surely water can drip onto veneer from a sink!) and evidence by photo there was acceptance of faults.
As you would expect the items had to be torn out, tiles removed and new items purchased from another supplier installed. There was a significant cost for this.
Victorian Plumbing are still to compensate me for those costs despite an invoice being issued to detail them some months ago. Further I am still awaiting a full refund having only received a small gesture.
Every time I contact customer services I am told it is escalated to another team and nothing ever happens
I am hugely disappointed because my understanding was they are a reliable business.
Buyer beware!
It now looks like I will have to take them to the small claims court to get this resolved, which is ridiculous.
I purchased the Haro 1000mm bi-fold bathroom screen back in February. Paid for a plumber to erect it on the bath and afterwards it was leaking. Two further people have viewed it and found it to be faulty. Because of lockdown Victorian Plumbing were fobbing me off with an answerfone message and sending silly replies to my email address saying they cannot answer phone because of lockdown and if i want to return it has to be sent back in original box which was destroyed after fitting screen to bath. 7 months later still no joy and was hoping to get a new seal and see if that helps the leaking but they cannot even be bothered to answer emails except to say they will get back as soon as possible. Cannot see what seal was used by looking at their website. The whole experience has been dreadful and I have had to put up with water coming through my bathroom through the kitchen ceiling and ruined part of kitchen ceiling and they don't care at all once they get your money.
I completely echo all the warnings to keep away from this terrible compnay.

On the 27th September 2024, almost FOUR MONTHS ago, you took £239.89 of my money when I ordered the below product from you with you then proceeding to send me the wrong item.
Ever since then I have hardly heard from you, and I have received no refund and compensation.
I am due, at the very least, an ex gratia amount for the time that you have taken and the inconvenience and activity that you have visited upon me, plus interest on the sum I paid you that you have had the use of.
You have seven days (deadline: 24th January 2025) to recompense me in full for the item + ex gratia payment + interest. If you miss this deadline I will:
Commence legal action
Apply direct to the Small Claims Court
Actively post on review and social media sites and accounts that reference you or are your own.
I finally got a refund at the end of last week. Their reply to not compensating me was:
"I'm very sorry for the delay in you receiving your refund and any inconvenience that may have been caused. Looking at your order I can see your refund has been actioned in full. I'm afraid compensation is not something we offer as a business and is not something I am able to offer."
They know from my messages that this is not good enouygh and I am now pressing on to legal action and full sharing and campaigning against them.

Spent months chasing an order, received a warped shower tray, the replacement was as bad and the collection they arranged so a refund could be processed wouldn't take the trays as they aren't and can't be boxed so now chasing a refund - save yourself the stress
Told them a week ogo house number was wrong kept saying carnt change it so order will go wrong address too much trouble for them to change number told me to go sort it out with people at that house number I do not no them service is garbage wud not recommend anybody buy from them
Having spent £4k on bathroom items 40 days later I am still waiting for this delivery to be made, yes 1 item out of 23 turned up two days later but the balance is still due and I simply cannot get any answers. They just send a
"We've included some answers and support that we think might help whilst you wait. If you're happy to close your request after reading, please click Yes, close my request"
I have replied, I have gone on to chat and been cut off what can I do, if the was a level below 1 Star I would award it.

Answer: I just had the same issues. Raise a dispute with your card company or PayPal if they are no longer offering the resolution. Again, the like making customers pay for the return even if it's no fault of yours. Good luck.

Answer: Same as me they are rubbish I'm hitting every review platform I can find, warm other stay away, I waited nearly seven weeks for refund and they still owe me £50 for shipping, cowboys.
