I'm still waiting on my dress and hoco is next week they better send it to me if it's a scam there will be a war!

The dress that we received was not the same as it was listed on their website. They might take my review down but I would highly recommend not to buy anything from their website! I was trying to return this dress right away as soon as I received it but they stopped communicating to me and they never returned my money back. We ordered the same color as on the website Hot Pink, but it is not hot pink. The quality of fabric is very low quality and very cheap looking. Sizes were wrong, they were huge in comparison to what measurements were listed on their website. It is very heavy. Chest area did not have a good support, shape at all, it fits and looks weird. We purchased it for my daughter's Pageant Contest and we were even planning to represent the company in the State Pageant but after receiving it and the way it looks so cheap, the color is totally wrong and fit is not right, we had to find and purchase a different dress from another company. In addition, their customer service stopped responding when I tried to return this dress. I would never ever order anything from them. See pictures below. I will add my reviews everywhere I can to warn people to stay away from this low quality website that is sending the wrong product and not returning money for returns. They are a scam, stay away!

Do not order from this company. My tracking says I received my shorts on May 1 and when I clicked on the address it's in Chinese. No one will respond when I sent a message

The shorts were ill fitting and the fabric was cheap. They were not what was advertised. They did not fit! I asked for a refund and they told me to give the shorts away to a friend and they would give me a $7.00 store credit. I paid 37.00 for the shorts. It makes no sense. They have a refund policy in their website. What can be done?

I regret not checking the reviews before ordering my dress from this site. I ordered the dress two weeks ago, and with two weeks to go until the event I need it for, the dress still hasn't arrived. For the past two weeks, I have been checking the progress, and it has always said 'Under Tailoring.' After reading other reviews about the site, I am beyond peeved, and am stressing because I fear I will not have a dress in time. PLEASE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! My parents are just as annoyed as I am.

I can honestly say I've never been this dissatisfied with any online purchase, ever. I ordered this dress A-lined, Mini Dress custom sized because my daughter is only 5'4" and has a petite upper body and a fuller lower body. With all of the embellishments on top I knew this was the ideal way to go. I gave all of the specifications accurately. The dress did arrive quickly and the waist fits perfectly... that's all the good I have to say. The bust is HUGE and the length goes to her knees. The bust is nowhere near the 32" measurement given nor is the length a mini. I can stick my entire arm between the dress and my daughter's chest.

I requested a refund. I've been emailing customer service back and forth for a week now. I've been bounced around between 4 different CS reps. I've sent pictures of my daughter in the dress. I sent a picture of the bust measurement and their only response is "Your dress was made exactly according to the measurements you offered. The difference is within 1 inch." I'm not sure how they can say that when the dress is completely falling off of her top and the length is 3-4" too long.

Then I offer to ship it back if I will get a full refund and this is the response I received "if you return them, you need to pay the high postage and tax, also they are easy to be missing on the return way and you will take the full responsible for the return." From this reply, I do not trust for 1 minute that they will acknowledge receipt of the return and will blame it on the delivery system.

Their next suggestion was to find a tailor to alter it... even though that defeats the purpose of a custom sized dress. I bring it to a seamstress and she says there is no way to alter it because of all of the embellishments on the top. Again, proving my point in getting a custom size in the first place. Each time I try to update customer service with where things are at on my end they keep saying "find a tailor" and "the dress is made within 1" of the measurements. I even asked for a 50% refund to somewhat compensate the poor production of this dress. They said they could offer me 5%. I told them that a $7 refund does not even come close to fixing this.

At the end of it all, I have a worthless dress that fits no one in my family and I wasted $150 on the dress (shipping included). Vickydresses.com does not stand behind their workmanship and clearly does not work to satisfy the customer. Please BEWARE of purchasing a dress from this company.

That $300 dress you see in a store. Buy that. Don't think you can find the same thing for cheap. This site is a fraudulent site that basically takes your money and runs, you receive a very poor quality product in return and the customer service is just awful. They not only waste your money but your time as well. Stay far away from this site. This is a lesson learned for me, I should have known, a general rule of thumb is if there is no customer care phone number on the site, it's probably not a legitimate site. I knew that and still made the mistake of purchasing. This is a fraudulent site.

I bought my daughters homecoming dress from here last fall and I was very hesitant about ordering online! I am a very picky mom about quality but Vicky dresses lived up to my expectations and more! Her dress was absolutely beautiful and the quality is that of those you see for about $500 or more in the stores. I have toms all my friends about this site and tell to take measurements of their daughter to guarantee accurate size. This is where we will be buying all our dresses in the future!

I ordered a dress that was depicted as an elegant Roman Goddess and received a dress with the detailing of a Roman Guard. The top of the dress was shown to have delicate foil leaves in an elegant pattern. The dress that was sent had cut out mesh leaves that are three times the size pictured and very bold and bright gold and placed in straight rows. The picture shows the leaves a a dull gold almost silver. They also threw random beads and sequins which make the dress very tacky.

We requested our money back and were offered $7.00.

To date have not received any further response to my request for the name and address of the president of the company so I can address a letter to him/her.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

We ordered this dress March 10 and received it about 19 days after ordering. We were told that alterations would be a perfect fit. Well, NOT close. The length shown on the website for the dress is actually the size we received not the customized alterations that are nearly 6 feet in length. I could rant and rave, but what would that do... You cannot contact the company via phone because that doesn't seem to be an option. Each time, a NEW representative responds to the same issues. Not sure of last names, but this is ridiculous to say the least. We have ordered 2 other dresses in the past and not had such issues, but can truly say, I won't do this AGAIN!

5% is ridiculous. That is less than the $9.00 I actually paid for alterations to begin with. I have reported this company to Econsumer.gov and will not stop until I have results that are satisfactory!

LOVE URSELF AND UR MONEY AND DON'T, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. THEY JIPPED ME OUT OF MY MONEY AND WONT REFUND ME. 1.) I ordered dress with expedited shipping, only to find out it wasn't coming for 15-20 days when ON THE SITE IT SAYS 3-8 days. This is passed my date that I even needed it for, there goes $40 down the drain, lol.
2.) I cancelled my order within 6 hours of ordering because I read everyone's reviews, and they then told me it was fine and my order had been cancelled, only for me then to find out I would be receiving the dress in 15-20 days (wtf? Expedited shipping where you at?) and that I could not be refunded. I was MAD to say the least. I then continued to email this site continuously telling them I wouldn't not be giving up on being refunded and that if I didn't see $174 (lol nice an extra $42) back on my account there was gonna be serious issues, and then they stopped replying. They literally stopped replying. And wanna know the best part? I still haven't received my dress. WORST SITE EVER. Where can a girl find a lawyer? Lol. Continue on to your online shopping, just be safe, and love urself! Don't order off of sketchy sites across the world where you know "sory ma'am, no refund fo u" is gonna be in your recently deleted!

I hope this will detour anyone from purchasing anything items from this site! The dress are fake and are nothing to what are on the site! A cheap ugly dress is what your going to get! Also it doesn't fit which you don't even want to try on because you wouldn't be caught dead with a ugly looking dress!
The customer service is horrible! You get dumb emails from different people which don't even know how to talk English! They won't give your money back and tell you to go to tailor! How dumb is that to go to a tailor after you have just purchased a dress for $150 not tell me who's going to pay for the tailor you got it you are! But who wants to take it to a tailor when you don't even want the dress because it doesn't fit and no Tailor is going to tear apart a dress that is three sizes too small for you!
I've lost sleep over this and I cannot believe how people can be so ruthless like this!
I even told them that I would get an attorney so I can get my money back but that didn't even work with them! So please be careful do not purchase anything from this business don't steal your money!

I have ordered twice from this website. The first time we were very happy. The dress looked exactly like the picture, was true to measurement, and required very little alteration. The second dress was the complete opposite. Bad quality, the material literally looked like someone took my old grandma's doilies and created a dress out of them. The netting on the sleeves was poor quality as well. The back of the dress didn't look at all like then picture, and it was horribly heavy. I have been going back and forth with these people and they REFUSE to allow me to return it, saying there's nothing wrong with it, saying the most they're allowed to do is give me a 15% discount. I will never use this company agaim, and winter all of my friends with teenage daughters not to order from them as well. It's disgusting how they treat their customers. If they are not going to allow refunds or exchanges, they should have that clear on their website before you finalize your purchase. Not doing that just reeks of dishonesty and screams 'scam '. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered a dress for my wedding. Came in mail with a funny smell. Dress looked nothing like the picture. It was a wjole different color. It looked like a 4 year old sewed on these ugly beads that they call sequin. They wantwd me to take pics of the dress so they could resolve the problem. Which I shouldn't have to do in the first place you know what u sent me and it is nothing like what I ordered. Still no refund. Dont waste your time or money

Don't buy anything from them! I bought a dress for my daughter for homecoming and it looks nothing like the picture. I ordered cream and got white. There was a LOT of padding in the chest and the lace looked nothing like the picture. The company won't let me return it and I did everything they asked. They asked for pictures of the clothes, measurements of the bust, length etc. I provided everything and they still won't refund me my money. I have never in my life dealt with such a horrible company. The dress was never worn. I can't even call them because there is no phone number.
