We ordered this dress March 10 and received it about 19 days after ordering. We were told that alterations would be a perfect fit. Well, NOT close. The length shown on the website for the dress is actually the size we received not the customized alterations that are nearly 6 feet in length. I could rant and rave, but what would that do... You cannot contact the company via phone because that doesn't seem to be an option. Each time, a NEW representative responds to the same issues. Not sure of last names, but this is ridiculous to say the least. We have ordered 2 other dresses in the past and not had such issues, but can truly say, I won't do this AGAIN!

We'd like to refund you some money for compensation. If you return them, you need to pay the high postage and tax, and also they are easy to be missing on the way.if that, we won't be responsible for your return. So how about we refund you 5 % dress price and you keep all the items?

5% is ridiculous. That is less than the $9.00 I actually paid for alterations to begin with. I have reported this company to Econsumer.gov and will not stop until I have results that are satisfactory!
