I was left looking like I had had a stroke, when I went back I was told point blank nothing she could do and tried to blame it on treatment I had elsewhere over a year ago, rude insensitive not even an offer to try help if you can avoid it do not go to the Leeds salon look elsewhere, I will be seeking legal advice now
Further to my previous review i would like to tell you that i have received full refund from bank and also from groupon.
Chargeback can only be done if you pay by credit card
Overall, I am satisfied with the service provided. The staff treating me and at the reception are always cheerful and chatty while maintaining high professional standards.

Was under going treatments at the Poole Branch which just closed without any warning. I am shocked that Julia who ran this shop knew she was selling treatments to customers when the company was in a state of not being able to provide the services that people paid for! Several times my apt's where cancelled due to the fact there was no therapist working at this business & the last time I went she wasn't even there she had gone off to work in another salon leaving the therapist to run the front of house as well as carry out the treatments. I have not heard anything about a reimbursement or if the salon is planning to reopen? I have written several times and eventually I did have one response to confirm I had outstanding treatments & that I would get a reimbursement but that has not happened!

So I have emailed & written in to them and not one word have I received back!
I am so glad I have read reviews before booking with this company. I just called to enquire about a few things and it was so unprofessional.
I was quite confused actually as to why the woman on the phone was talking over me and wasn't answering my questions. Half way through the conversation she passed the phone to someone else without telling me.
They kept insisting I pay for the treatments over the phone rather than buying off groupon. SO GLAD I DIDNT GIVE MY DETAILS!
I rang to ask a question about a treatment but instead felt like I was being forced to pay. At the end of the Convo I had to keep repeating I will give a call back when I am going to book and the woman sounded DISSAPOINTED.
She said that my offer ends today if I don't call back, how pathetic. I did find it strange on the phone as never experienced that with other clinics. So glad I read these reviews and didn't waste my money! :)
I have been having laser at vg for years and have always been pretty happy! My appointments have been moved a few times in all honesty but i am always spoken to nicely and looked after so thank you.

Shocking customer service... let me re- phrase that - there is no customer service whatsoever. The only thing the Birmingham branch is good for is ripping you off. Be very careful when signing up.
It was my first time and was a bit nervous but Dee made it very comfortable for me and explained the process in detail and answered all my questions. Excellent customer service.

I purchased 8 laser hair removal sessions on full legs, underarms and bikini with a groupon for £399.
It was a lot of money for me but thought I could use my bonus to finally stop shaving and waxing and make.
At my patch test they told me I was an ideal candidate (very light skin and dark hair), as I also have a lot of hair on my arms I was offered a "special deal" and got 8 session on that area for an additional £120.
After a few sessions, however, I didn't notice any change on my legs, underarms and arms at all.
When I brought it up with one of the ladies she said that it would take many sessions for it to lessen and that my arm hair was probably not dark enough anyway (completely contracting the colleague who called me an ideal candidate and convinced me to buy the arm sessions).
After all my sessions I still have the exact same hair and have gone back to epilating. The fact that their staff changes each time means you are told different things each lesson. They moved about 4 times in one year and had a lack of staff making them cancel 3 sessions (they're all 6weeks apart) in a row. It was a complete waste of time and money and I can't recommend it at all.
I have loved all of my appointments as the girls are so welcoming and i love catching up every couple of weeks. I also tried lip fill for the first time last week and i love it as do my friends!

I have been to VGMEDISPA for my first session for laser hair removal treatment. I met Louise who was in charge of my session and I absolutely enjoyed the whole experience. As being new to laser hair removal treatments I was a bit nervous but Louise was very friendly and explained me everything I needed to know and talked to me throughout the whole session, made me feel relaxed and comfortable and made sure I was alright during the treatment.
