Brilliant service, would highly recommend. Been seen by Aimee beautician, really lovely, proffesional young lady.
I bought 6 sporano laser sessions with VGmedispa because they say I can have my first session in April. They book my patch test on the 11th and my first session on the 13th. Both has been cancel and they don't give me any other sessions until the end of may, when will be too late to have a treatment before Summer.
OF coruse they don't want to give me a refund, or any other solutions, like send me to other of their clinics

I have been going to VGMedispa in Poole for treatment, a rather painful experience but so well worth it. Natasha is an excellent therapist and takes time to put you at ease. Everyone is so friendly and engaging, you are not just another number there, You are remembered by name and spoken to, if passed on the street. This is a little thing, but one that leaves you feeling special. I am very happy with the service, and the 'something special' on top is free and from the heart.

This company is a complete sham.
I'm going to their branch in London.
Had 5 laser hair treatment with almost no results. When I tried a new salon I understood why. Normally for holywood you need to spend ~15 minutes on the area - they are done after 1 minute. Unprofessional!
Also appointment booking is not flexible at all. If you need to modify an appointment you might have to wait a few weeks for the next one.
They scam people with Groupon. You'll save money going to a decent place because you'll end doing it anyway. Worst money I spent in my life!
I'm filing a complaint with consumer protection.

I had a Glycolic peel treatment performed in the Poole clinic by Aimee. It was my first one so was a little nervous of what it would be like but it was amazing! Aimee went through the processes and what i was to expect as well as giving me great insight and knowledge into my skin and what other treatment would benefit my skin more! She was enthusiastic, bubbly and professional and I would definitely recommend the poole clinic, the therapist Aimee and the Glycolic Face Peel as my skin feels like a babys bottom and is glowing and has helped massively with my post acne pigmentation spots and blemishes! I have been a customer for a while now at VG Medispa and the staff at both Fitzrovia, Percy Street and Richmond are lovely. Sobhna at Richmond is very professional and she gives me loads of extra beauty tips. I'm hoping the results are just as great as the staff after my treatments are complete.

Do not give this place your money. I purchased a package almost 9 months ago- and have still not had a treatment. On one occasion, I arrived at the venue to be told that they could not give me the treatment as the machine was not currently at the branch. The next appointment was cancelled the day before for the same reason. Eventually they were able to make and keep an appointment for a patch test and were insistent that I would need to pay hundreds more pounds than the original deal. Today I went for my 'first' treatment- arriving 15 minutes early, only to be told that I was in fact 15 minutes too late- which is half an hour earlier than the agreed telephone appointment time.- immediately I was told that to not totally lose the appointemt I was expected to pay ANOTHER £50! These people are liars and schemers! They will take your money and mess you around!

Poole salon. Natatia you are as brilliant as ever... Third facial experience and the difference is now really noticeable so much so that I have booked my 6 weekly experience up until the end of the year. Although a little uncomfortable at the time by the following day my skin is glowing. Natatia can't wait to see you in June

Thanks for your *******@VGMedispa, a joke at best as I have tried on NUMEROUS occasions to get in contact with your Senior Medical team however they do not respond! The only response is via these means in such a public forum!

Our medical team perform a consultation to advise each client of what is required for each treatment and advise on sessions needed to achieve desired results.
We do have a strict policy on when a patch test is required and we will not deter from this. We admit that we can’t please all of our clients every time, but we do our upmost to make sure we do. I feel like i have been with vg medispa london a life time! I have been with them since the start through so many moves and every time the staff are still laughing and smiling and giving great service and I have not had a problem. I have just started tattoo removal now after finally plucking up the courage and it definitely isnt as painful as i thought it might be and I feel so looked after!

Use VGMedispa for laser hair removal, eyelift and jawlift treatments. All treatments quick and painless. Laser treatment has worked well. I am still in the beginning of other treatments.

Waste of money, all the other negative reviews hit the nail on the head. They definitely speak for me! Basically all staff are useless, there is never any senior staff around. They care more about profit than good treatment. Would like a refund but it would be useless to even attempt it. Thanks for taking my money for literally NOTHING
