They were out of the ladder I wanted so I signed up for a notification when they were back in stock. I got the email letting me know they were back in stock and I was able to order it! The only thing I didn't count on was that it came faster than I was expecting (but right on time from what they let me know) and I had to babysit. It arrived while I was gone and had the company name on the box so it kind of ruined the surprise for my husband as it was a Christmas gift. That is not their fault at all, it was just the luck of the draw! It arrived so quickly! I am very happy and appreciate the experience. I would definitely order from them again!

Wish it would have been made better, might have made a good tool to have. Know now not to buy their products. Hell, I never even made it through a hole side of nails if that tells you how bad it was.

Arrived very quickly! Heavier than I thought it would be but I guess that's a good thing! It's a Christmas gift for my husband so to know how well it works is going to take a few weeks
Shipping was quick and the air pump feels like it is heavy duty. I haven't been able to use it yet though. It also included maintenance parts for use as needed in the future. Pictures and instructions could be a little better but are usable. Expecting it to be a good purchase from first impression.
I was disappointed when pouring out the water from the container, it was not easy to keep from spilling it, my other one didn't, I'm glad I kept it. Other than the glass container, the tiller works great.

It came quickly. It was easy for me to install. It works great. I am very satisfies so far. It looks great too.
Answer: Bought a new ice machine from them and when it got there it didn't work they told me I need a new compressor or new mother board. Why do I have to pay for parts when I just bought it and doesn't work. Don't buy anything feom this company. Takes them 2 days to reply then just say the same thing over and over. I s3nt them pics and videos of the machine the next day it came. Nothing they are robbing people for there hard earned money
