Bought 2 tops & 2 earrings. 3 of 4 things arrived by 2 separate deliveries. Tops are hideous, like plastic. One pair of earrings is yet to arrive. Not holding my breathe. Stay away. The quality of clothes is the worse thing I've ever bought. That is a true statement. Shop at your own waste of money.
Don't waste your money. The pictures on the website are very nice. I received the most horrible tops in my online shop history. They look very very cheap and bag quality. It's like joke. I don't know if I have to cry or laugh. I lost my money I never going to wear them. Please don't buy anything from this company.

Shame on me for falling for this stuff, twice. No refunds offered and the cheapest, worst sized apparel on the market. The "cute" bathing suit I just bought only came up to the middle of my rib cage. I'm only 5'4"! Barely fit my 9 year old neighbor. The shorts jumpsuit? Was thinner than a cheap men's undershirt you get at the dollar store. And, since they can't ship stuff at once, I'm sure the dress I bought will be just as disappointing. Things can be made inexpensively, but deceitful representation is disgusting. NEVER VESSOS. Ever. They should be ashamed of themselves.
I was about to make a $150 order but totally cancelled it because of the bad reviews. I made orders before on a US website but when I tracked my package, it was coming from China. When the dress didn't fit (I took pictures and showed them the size being too small), they said that it was a custom made order (I asked for the hem to be shorter by 2 inches!), they couldn't authorize a return and refund. That is why I never order anything coming from China.
I bought some tacky Christmas clothes VERY cheap and they took forever to ship and are slightly different colored than the picture. Everything is polyester... my dresses feel like swim suit material but I can't complain that much about a $7 dress with Santas on it. The clothes were fine for what I needed but I would not trust to buy everyday clothes from this website.
I ordered a swimsuit based off the size chart they provided, it's so small and no sizing even listed in the top or bottom. Plus the threads are already coming out of the bottoms (which I have never even worn). When I reached out to them to inquire about returning the goods, they asked if I couldn't give the suite to someone else since the cost to return them would be too expensive. When I tried to reply to their email, it continues to bounce back to me. This is by far the worse website that I have ever ordered from. I am now trying to get back onto their website to see if there is a phone number to call and no luck with the site coming up either. Very Poor
I suppose that I should have guessed that the products on Vessos were too cheap to be of any quality, but the website showed lovely looking things and I was drawn in... Don't waste your time or money, it's not worth the risk as they refuse to do refunds or returns and their customer service is non existent.
I normally never ever write reviews but I am writing to hopefully help at least one other person before they purchase off of Vessos. I ordered 6 bathing suits, they took forever to arrive. Once I finally got them, it was so disappointing. They are so cheaply made, they'd probably fall apart after one use. Not to mention, that their sizing is ridiculous... I ordered a size small, I am a very petite girl (usually wear a size 0)... the size small, no exaggeration at all, fit like a large. I donated all the bathing suits to goodwill the same day. Don't waste your money people.
I ordered several tops and one of them was made wrong. The shoulders should have been made much smaller. It was made too large on the top that when I put it on it would literally fall straight down to the floor. When I wrote vessos about the problem with the shirt they sent me, even though it was their defective product they only could offer me 10% refund. So buyer beware because if you order something and it is their fault you are out of luck and money. I would not recommend this place at all. They have horrible customer service and horrible policies.
Do not buy anything through Vessos! I ordered a mandala beach blanket. And just received it almost 4 weeks later. In not even sure I can call it a blanket. It is not at all how they described it online. The material is slick and paper thin and has holes all along the seem line! I will never, ever order another item from them again! I've never been so disappointed when ordering a product online! I basically paid $17 for a a small round sheet that is full of holes. But then again, a sheet is thicker than this horrible material!
I ordered a dress for my girlfriend almost a month ago and paid for expedited shipping, and you guessed it, still haven't seen the dress i paid for or heard anything from their customer service. I will be disputing the charges as fraudulent. This company, if it is even a real company and not some scam, has by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
First the quality of the clothes is nothing like the picture. But that's not the worst part, I mean for the price what do you expect. But if you order more than one item, they send them all separate. You get the first item 2 months later and the others never arrive. And yes they have already charged you. And, most orders are not tractable. They stop responding after they tell you the others are on the way.
Biggest scam!
The pictures on the site are incredibly deceiving. I received a see through version of one of the beach blankets. The others feel like silk. Definitely not something you would want to take to the beach. I guess it's the old age adage, you get what you pay for. Steer clear of ordering from this website, unless you are willing to take a chance.
Don't order from them! The quality is crap and when they sent me the wrong size swimsuit they wouldn't even let me return it! They offered me 40% of what I had paid because they said returning it would be too expensive. Now I am out money for something that I can't even wear!

This was the worst experience I've had ever with online shopping. I order myself 2 swimsuit for my big Miami trip in June, I order my swimsuits almost 1 month in advance in early May, I payed extra money to have my swimsuits shipped to me in 3-7 days! Not only has it been passed 2 weeks since my order was ship, but they ship my swimsuits separately when I order them at the same time on the same day! And I still haven't received my swimsuits. After 7 days I contacted customer service and it took them 3 days to respond with no help what so ever, I will never order from this site again, I wouldn't even recommend them to anyone!
You would be more satisfied if you simply got in your car, drove down a highway, and tossed your money out the window. The clothes quality is horrible and unwearable. I'm out $30 bucks, don't make the same mistake I did.
Please please this company is horribe in every way, customer service, the merchandise, no returns! The company is knocking off dresses from other companies ex venus! The material is horrible, dont know how they pick their sizing, cant get my money back so its in the garbage!
I purchased a bathing suit from them. It said it should arrive within a week. It took almost 5 weeks to receive it. Strike one. The colors on the bathing suit were bleeding into one another. I emailed them and let them know that it was of poor quality and what I could consider "damaged" because of the color issues. They offered me a 10% refund and told me that it must not have been up to my expectations. What?
Anyway, I'm grateful I had the forethought to pay with PayPal. PayPal refunded me all of my money. When I originally filed the claim, Vessos emailed me and asked me to take down the claim. Um. No. Then, they accepted that I should be able to return for full refund but were requiring me to send with tracking to CHINA. That was going to cost me $60. I refused, called PayPal. Told them the situation and they issued a refund right then. The biggest pain in the neck.
Where is my order!?! I placed order for 3 items and paid for expedite. 1st item sent next day. 2nd a week later. 3rd not even sent yet. Tracking numbers say can not locate. Appreciate the offer to deduct 30% off shipping but that is NOT ACCEPTABLE! I want my order! Been quite patient... now furious. 3 weeks later... nothing! Bogus tracking # and customer service will not respond.
