So very disappointed and now pissed!
Placed an order back in May and I still haven't received the product. Now they are giving me the "run-around" since I requested a refund back in June. I have a long feed of emails from them, telling me "this matter is being investigated by management". What a bunch of crap. I've called them as well, and yes the same damn recording everyone else is getting. I guess I'll just flood them with emails every day to remind them how totally fk'd up this is!
I gave 1 star because there is no possibility of giving less than that. I paid for the Very Crate detoxification item in 2020- the product was never delivered. All attempts to contact the buyer were futile. I requested for a refund and never got one. I believe these are scammers.
Yes I bought one and it doesn't work. Tried to get a refund and you only get robo reply no human response even thought it is promised within 48 hours. I've tried to contact this company over 25 times nothing has been done
I filled this tub with water and added the salt then set this on my kitchen counter. It started changing colors with seconds. I read reviews that the water only changes color if your feet are in it. NOT TRUE!
Ordered the product in April. Inquire 5 times after a month, where is my unit? Get an email about a week later each time - It's on it's way. Finally showed up in Sept. I have used it twice, once with my feet in it and just like the ad, the water was brown and gross. Did not really feel any different but thought, will try it more and see. After reading some reviews, I ran it again with just salt, no feet in the water and guess what? Water looked to exact same, brown and gross. There must be a chemical reaction in the salt water. Seems to be a scam and you have to wait months to get what you order. Run away - not worth the money or time - Garbage!
Took over two months to receive product! Not informed the bath did not come with detox machine! When finally able to use it didn't work correctly. Lights Nvr change color as said! 2nd time to use didn't stay on or work at all! Contacted customer service via email which is only way, and still almost full week later no response! Do not give them your money

I ordered this product 7 months ago and after 20 or more emails in regards to me NOT getting the product I ordered and paid for... All I got was lies! They took my money and now the email server says it not a valid email! I hope the Federal Bureau of Investigations burst them and shut them down! I still want my money back! And then some for all the stress thus has caused me!
Do NOT attempt to purchase ANYTHING from Very Crate! They're VERY GREAT at robbing people!

0 is as low as you can get. They deserve a 0+. They say you can get full refund, over a month of sending them emails and pictures. I still have original box and still in plastic they sent it in, it was never opened.
I bought one for a birthday present and one for myself. She opened hers and tried it and said it didn't work. I never opened mine. They still refused to send refund for either one.
The 1st problem with Very Crate is that there costumer service is terrible. 2nd There product is fake. It makes the water brown and gross with or without your feet. Its a scam. Do not waste your money with this terrible fraudulent company.
I ordered it back in April And was about to write it off. It finally showed up today With no foot bath. That's not a big deal I just went and grabbed a plastic tub out of the garage. Hooked it up and plug it in and holy smokes it actually really really works. Within three minutes the water started changing color and I could feel it in my feet like magnets were pulling stuff out of them. I'm sorry for all of you that haven't gotten yours yet I hope you get them and I hope you enjoy them. Also... this is NOT a paid review. Cheers. The three stars was due to the shipping not the product itself.
Stay away from this website and company! They selling fake cheap products which takes at least 2 months to deliver and then it's doesn't work! And you will never see your money back because you opened the box! Crazy but real. Please don't waste your money!
I have been waiting for over 8 weeks for my product. They immediately charged my account and now I can't even get an updated tracking of how long it's going to be to receive it. Would never recommend this company!
I placed my order on May 28. I started tracking the shipment. Looked as if it were in Inglewood Ca from June 4 thru June 27. Now supposedly it's in Brisbane since June 27 today is July 16. I have emailed several times. Then you get that bull$#*! automated response. I wish I would've seen these reviews before I flushed my money down the toilet.
There are two strong reasons not to purchase this product. 1) It creates the appearance of fake toxins in the foot bath to make you think it is cleaning out your system. 2) The company is unwilling to cancel orders -- I sent multiple emails to them with automated responses which ignored the substance of my request. Dont make the same mistake I did.
This thing is absolute crap! I never even used it, but I did test it out with no body parts in it to see what happens. Sure enough, the water turned yellow and brown. All on its own. Clean filtered water! I emailed Very Crate and it's been over a month already and they have been giving me the run around, they won't give me a refund, and now they are not even getting back to me. This company is a scam! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
I ordered a foot spa for my wife for Mother's Day and didn't receive it until well after Father's Day. I tried to return it but they would not accept it because I had opened the original shipping bag. The spa was still in its original sealed package inside, but they still wouldn't take it. These people are crooks selling a modern version of snake oil. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!
I have also learned that these products are not proven to do anything at all. The water changes color due to other reasons. You can turn it on and watch it change color without your feet in it. Any "good" feeling you might get from it is all in your head, and from warm water moving around your feet. I can get that in a bath tub. The people ate Very Crate are thieves and are willing to work hard to get your money. Don't be a sucker like me.
I order this in April 2020. Received it in July 2020. Did not open the box within 30 days of delivery, has a drop mail address of a Ron in Alabama. There policy states call before returning item. Called email nothing. This is a huge rip off.
First of all, I agree with other reviewers & wish you had a negative star review. I placed my order & got email confirmation that it was shipped & the tracking number provided showed that it arrived in a near by city. Then nothing for months. I attempted to reach out to customer service & no reply. After multiple more attempts I finally get a reply stating that it was on the way, no apology. I finally received my package 4 months after the initial order & I go to plug it in & the 12volt "jack" fell apart inside the unit. I'm pretty handy so I open up the brand new unit & repair the part. Upon plugging it in it starts excreting an orange color from the "array" without placing my feet in the water. Of course an orange color would indicate that it was detoxifying my joints event hough my joints hadn't yet made it to the tub. So I place my feet in the tub & let it do it's thing. Afterward zero difference in how I felt. I understand that a lot of people out there are looking for a miracle or even just a little bit of relief, like me, but trust me when I say that the only thing you will be relieved of is the money in your bank account.
