Very crate service sucks, I waited 2 1/2 months just to receive the pieces that go in a foot tub because the foot tub does not come with it, and for that price, it should absolutely be included.The customer service sucks, they just keep saying that the package is on the way after trying to cancel the order several times. I tried to contact them once I received the item to return it and I received no response. They have a disclaimer that no refunds will be issued after 30 days but if you never received the product before 30 days how is that even possible... smh
I am utterly disgusted with this company and wouldn't ever recommend anyone to ever even think about purchasing the Very Crate product.

I wouldn't order this, I ordered it and it took almost 4 months to get here, then I saw on the news where the color does not come from your feet it comes from the inside medal of the machine. It's fake. I tried to send it back because most companies have a 30 day return, guess what they only will take it back if it hasn't been opened. Out almost $100 for something fake. It's a complete scam

Got my unit today after an 8 week wait and used it as described. I am a 70 year old Male and was a heavy smoker and drinker most of my life. There was NO change in the water color after my first 1/2 hour treatment so I did another 1/2 hour and nothing. The array portion of the unit just sits in the water and does nothing. All the lights worked as described but you could drink the water after an hour because it was so clean. Anyone in for a class action lawsuit? *******@yahoo.com

If I could give a negative 5 star I would. Took 30 days to process (there goes the 30 day guarantee). Took 30 more days to receive. Then the product did nothing. The water stayed clear after three attempts. Obviously we all have toxins it should have done something. But it did nothing. Emailed 3 times no response. Called the voicemail said we only respond through emails. Had to call CC and do charge back people like this should be hung for thievery.

I have been emailing them for months i emailed the day after i received the package. I was upset they charger me $ for some foot soak when i look at it, its. A small one tome use i can purchase at walmart for $4 then the thing comes with no tub so I was upset a lot of money and you have to buy your own tube I already wanted my money back right then never used it but always the same auto response email always how they are moving this up to priority. Then nothing! Ponsy scheme! DON'T BUY THIS! My friend ordered hers never worked! She can't return hers 100% money back customer service satisfaction my $#*!!

Ordered this back in the beginning of April, absolute nothing for weeks. Received an email from their customer service indicating that they couldn't find my order, did I wish for a refund or another shipped out expedited. Requested refund. Nothing! Sent customer service email. After weeks, finally got back and credited me $15.00. I was beyond furious, that was no where near what I paid. Told them I would contact BBB and my bank. Still nothing. Then after a few more weeks received the foot spa with some random guys name on the
Return address. Just plugged it all in and was ready to go but don't you know-doesn't work-AT ALL! Definitely not the real deal! These people are scammers. Do not go anywhere near them!

This piece of crap finally came after 3 months. After looking at it and looking at reviews we find it is a scam. What to do? First, its a waste of time to try and get a refund from them so CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY! Mine refunded the money back to my account and put in a report to their fraud department that would be talking to the company. If enough people do this they will no longer be able to process payments and will be shut down. Dont let scam companies like this bilk money after innocent people wanting relief.

I will never buy anything from them again. First mistake odered this March 27, said it shipped April 13 but w/ covid going on thought it would take longer but bad thing is I ordered from China after and received it before my package from them. Emailed plenty of time w/ no response then I started asking if I was getting screwed over then I got response can't refund it shipped. It took over 3 months to arrive to find out it is only the parts NO TUB. They said they could give $15 back while I was waiting so long for it but never seen that and they don't respond. The product they are selling is only $52 on Amazon and w/ tub it is what you will spend here and have to wait forever and they don't care about customers or at least I would have received $15 back but no just another lie. WOULDN'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

I ordered a foot spa for my wife for Mother's Day and didn't receive it until well after Father's Day. I tried to return it but they would not accept it because I had opened the original shipping bag. The spa was still in its original sealed package inside, but they still wouldn't take it. These people are crooks selling a modern version of snake oil. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

I have also learned that these products are not proven to do anything at all. The water changes color due to other reasons. You can turn it on and watch it change color without your feet in it. Any "good" feeling you might get from it is all in your head, and from warm water moving around your feet. I can get that in a bath tub. The people ate Very Crate are thieves and are willing to work hard to get your money. Don't be a sucker like me.

Ordered during the pandemic, back in April from an instagram ad. Its July 16th and I still have not received. No customer service. Clicked on their FB link it takes you to a page for dogs. I'm disgusted and will be reporting them. What's funny is that their website tells you not to contact your bank or something like that and just wait for it to come so you can return it. Very mad at this whole thing. They took advantage of the pandemic.

Does anyone know how we could bring a class-action lawsuit against Very Crate to possibly get our money back?

I ordered a foot detox product from them April 28th. Today is July 13th and I still haven't gotten anything from them. Its been sitting in California, supposedly, for months! And it seems like sooooo many people is having the same issue. I have contacted them multiple times. Even tried to dispute the charge, but I realized I got scammed a little too late to do that. We all have a unilateral contract with them which they have broken. They should NOT be able to do this to so many people! So we all should be able to sue. I just don't know how or anything. Does anyone have any ideas?

I ordered this product May 3 2020 this company is based out of California. I tried to cancel on May 14th and on May 19th I was assured that the product would be at my doorstep by Marlon C. On May 21st 2020 I got a email that my order was shipped. On June 24th I emailed them complaining that I still not received my order. July 8th I gave them 72 hours to respond to me they never responded I just kept getting auto replies they didn't even have the courtesy to call me as they promised on the email. To this date I still have not got my product or my money refunded this company does bad business! I tried calling and no one ever answers you can't get in touch with him order at your own risk I lost my money I still tip estate have not had a response it is July the 12th 2020. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and I just want to make sure you guys think twice before ordering! I ordered it back in April And was about to write it off. It finally showed up today With no foot bath. That's not a big deal I just went and grabbed a plastic tub out of the garage. Hooked it up and plug it in and holy smokes it actually really really works. Within three minutes the water started changing color and I could feel it in my feet like magnets were pulling stuff out of them. I'm sorry for all of you that haven't gotten yours yet I hope you get them and I hope you enjoy them. Also... this is NOT a paid review. Cheers. The three stars was due to the shipping not the product itself.

I purchased this item on May 2nd and I still didn't get it. When I emailed the customer service, they told me I can't get a refund because my package was sent out. It's been sent out for over a month but yet I have nothing. I feel like it is a scam and they said they will not refund me. What company doesn't give refunds to unsatisfied customers. This is crazy and please never order from them. Looks like I might have to get my lawyer involved. DON'T BUY ON THIS SITE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
