“Very crate watch out!”

I've tried a few different types of these others' had. They worked well. This one from verycrate worked the first time only. I asked for a replacement array and they said since I used it I cannot return it. Even though their website says 100% no ifs, ands or buts. They'll solve ect. They won't. And my Discover card let them charge it back.
