I am beyond upset about this company! Very Crate claims to guarantee their foot spa; however, I haven't even received it! They took $112.00 from me and I have received nothing!
There was a shipping problem and they will not help fix. Give me a refund or send me another one. They are beating around the bush. Customer service sucks!

AFTER TWO MONTHS OF NO REPLIES, BULL$#*! RESPONSES, AND THE STATUS OF MY DELIVERY NEVER BUDGING PAST "LOS ANGELES WAREHOUSE", I disputed the $101 with my bank. Two months later it arrived. Bought Epsom salt (for $101, they couldn't include some?) and was psyched about soaking my sore feet. The unit didn't work! The lights went on and off. That was it. End of story. I threw it all in the wastebasket. I estimate the piece of plastic costs $5 to manufacture in a Chinese factory. Criminal.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They took a month and half to send me the product without a piece it was suppose to have. I told them it took so long, I want a refund. I have not heard from them since and that was in March.
I purchased this item on May 2nd and I still didn't get it. When I emailed the customer service, they told me I can't get a refund because my package was sent out. It's been sent out for over a month but yet I have nothing. I feel like it is a scam and they said they will not refund me. What company doesn't give refunds to unsatisfied customers. This is crazy and please never order from them. Looks like I might have to get my lawyer involved. DON'T BUY ON THIS SITE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
This product is useless these pictures are just me putting this in water for the 30 minutes. The water was just as bad without feet as it was with my feet.

I ordered off of their site on fb and that was 3 months ago. I'm trying to figure out who to report them to. Nobody at Customer service and they keep blaming covid saying nobody at factory.
This place is a total SCAM. Do NOT buy from them. I ordered this system only to find when it arrived that it was JUST the ionic device, not a TOTAL foot bath. You pay over $100 and you don't even get the TUB to soak your feet in! So immediately I decided to send it back. I opened the box to just LOOK at the product, didn't even touch it, just wanted to see what I paid $100 for since I expected it to be the total foot bath for that kind of money. So I decided to return it. When I wrote to them about returning it, they said first we need pictures of the product to make sure it's "unopened" so I took pictures of the box and opened it to show them the product which had NOT been opened or even touched. Based on the fact that I OPENED the Styrofoam that covered the box, they said, NO REFUND as you "opened" the box. Total scam. And you don't even know the refund policy till you OPEN THE BOX and read the pamphlet inside! I am reporting them to the BBB.
If I could give no stars I absolutely would. I ordered a product spend over $100 back in the beginning of April. I still have not received my product as it's 3 months later. I've tried to track the package and it still says no ship date yet. I've contacted the company five emails and two phone calls with voicemail with proof of purchase attached to emails and no response except an automated generated response that says we put your refund request at urgent a customer service chairperson will be contacting you the next business day. However no actual person has contacted me from the company about my refund I would not order from this company they do not have good customer service. I understand that covid has happened however you can't blame everything on covid-19 I have ordered from several other places and my packages have come during. So why do I not have my package from this company and why has no one contacted me in regards to this issue and why is there no delivery date on the tracking number. Beware of this company do not buy from here. Their site says excellent customer service and 100% customer satisfaction and I am not satisfied.
THIS MACHINE DOES NOT WORK AS THEY SAY. We put our feet in the water/salt solution just as told to do. We used our filtered water, no chlorine or toxins in water at all b/c we use a whole house filter system. Our water didn't change at ALL. It stayed clear as a bell, looked just like water from the sink. THEN we used our outside city water which of course is not filtered. We didn't put our feet in this water, and let the machine proceed with it's cycle. The water became brown, black specs on top, even caramel colored JUST LIKE THE PHOTOS THEY SHOW YOU SAYING ''LOOK AT ALL THE TOXINS COMING FROM YOUR FEET"! YEA, RIGHT! NO.
DON'T FALL FOR IT. They won't refund your money, "No Questions Asked" as they promise. If you have opened the box,, sorry, you lose your refund. You have to return it UNOPENED before you get your money back, as THEY say. I wouldn't even trust them THEN. THey're liars and it's a complete GIMICK. Don'T fall for it. They also give the run around not answering, forever, until they FINALLY tell you that if you opened the box, too bad. No refund.
My husband purchased this back in April, didn't arrive until the beginning of July. I knew not to open it so I could send it back after selling that it was fake. Contacted customer service via email requesting a return and refund. Took days to of back and forth emails, I also had to send a picture of the unopened package. Finally got a return address, sent the package back at MY cost. Two days after it showed the package was received I received an email stating they have received and accepted my return, however their "system" wasn't allowing them to process refunds right now but they were working to get it fixed. They said in the meantime I could file a dispute with my bank and they would accept it. I told them I shouldn't have to file a dispute with my bank and they needed to figure out how to give me back my money. Still waiting on that refund after several emails of lies and runaround. DO NOT order from this company! Everyone that has already and is owed a refund should file a complaint with California's attorney general so something can be done about this $#*! hole. If you look at their Facebook page they have deleted everyone comments because they are all negative and they don't have a spot on their website for reviews... because they would all be negative. Any positive review you see is FAKE!
I trusted this company to send my products but they never did. I don't remember if came through on Facebook or PCH But I am shy of ordering anything else.
They give you a total run around they don't respond to emails... They don't send order in a timely fashion.
They ignore all concerns. They deserve a lawsuit.

I will never buy anything from them again. First mistake odered this March 27, said it shipped April 13 but w/ covid going on thought it would take longer but bad thing is I ordered from China after and received it before my package from them. Emailed plenty of time w/ no response then I started asking if I was getting screwed over then I got response can't refund it shipped. It took over 3 months to arrive to find out it is only the parts NO TUB. They said they could give $15 back while I was waiting so long for it but never seen that and they don't respond. The product they are selling is only $52 on Amazon and w/ tub it is what you will spend here and have to wait forever and they don't care about customers or at least I would have received $15 back but no just another lie. WOULDN'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
I never received my order, and they refuse to refund my money when they say 100 percent refund if you never receive your order. Complete BS company DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID!

Answer: Never. They donot have any proper phone number to call and besides automated email, no one respond to you. I wrote 10 emails over 3 months and received 1 reply to ask me why I am canceling my order even though their site states'no question asked'
