The store tagline is that it's Americas online retailer and advertises 2 day shipping LIES LIES LIES. Products direct ship from china and takes weeks to arrive. Shame shame shame

They collect peoples credit card information while selling off of fraudulent ads. Beware this company is completely white collar crime!

What I like the most is the heat. Being able to soak your feet for as long as you want made the Tedi process easier.

Bought portable AC unit which made the room humid therefore asked for refund refused to refund me more than 40% as I opened the box!

This product is great it's simple to install and cheap to replace however it's not like buying a yeti product this is one step above dollar store BUT IT WORKS GREAT!

They auto fill your address the wrong way no way to corrected and no respond to any message you say, they direct you to a fate costumer services to distract you thinking is a good company Scam SCAM

Bought 3 Best Cool portable A/C units and 2 are defective. They only offered 20 percent back of my money. Unbelievable!

Ordered size 8 shoe, never got an order #. Shoe is too big and want smaller size or refund. Called them and man said you should an order # and when you find it, call back, click. Shady, scam company. I don't want to be stuck with these stupid shoes I'm contacting my attorney ASAP

I was scammed by this company. I don't really believe that it's a legitimate business, You can't get a live agent that makes any sense, I ordered a product that was promised within 3 days and until I filed a report with PayPal I finally received something that was ridiculous, a month later. Please don't order from this company. The address from which it shipped from is a residential home.
