I ordered 3 solar animal repellant devices on April 11. I received an tracking email that said the product had been delivered on April 21. It had never been delivered. I called and emailed repeatedly and the issue was never resolved. I was told supervisors would call me back, never happened. Also told I would get an email with updated information -- just kept being sent the same tracking email with the April 21 date. Just a completely terrible customer experience. This morning I was told I would be getting a refund -- we'll see if that ever happens. Avoid this company at all costs. I'd give it less than 1 star if that was an option
I made an order and was told it would ship within 3 days. Then it changed to 5-8 days to ship. A week had passed, and the order was not shipped yet. Then I find out the item was NOT in stock after all. They said now the order would have to come out of China with no expected arrival time. I told Venier to cancel the order, but Christy a rep said she could not as it was now out of their hands. Who knows if this order will ever come. I was going to check the box below that says let Vernier know about your situation but no sense in that they know very well my dismay.
Overall, I'm happy with the chair - it was fairly easy to put together and is good quality. The only thing I wish I could change is the height; the chair goes pretty low but I wish it went up a few inches higher than it does.
Vernier makes serious quality products. This bottle opener is outstanding in appearance and function. It feels balanced in hand and does exactly what it's designed to do. I would buy this again or as a gift. I have purchased a lot of Vernier products and I am never disappointed.
I'd like to be giving a review of the product I ordered, but almost 2 weeks later, I have still not received it. Immediately after placing the order, I received an email indicating that I should receive my order in 5-8 business days - that was 10 business days ago.
A couple days later, I received a tracking number. That didn't even show results for several days to follow. I hope the product I ordered is OK because I hate to think what the return process might be. With my luck, they'll tell me I missed the window to return the product because I hadn't even received it before the window closed.
I will not be purchasing anything else from them.
I ordered 3 flashlights and they split my order into 2 orders. They made 2 separate withdrawals on my debit card. I received one tracking number. I am still missing a flashlight. When I reached out to them regarding my missing flashlight, they tried to deduct additional funds from my account. I had to get a new debit card. After many phone calls, emails and customer "chat" conversations, today they told me they would refund 25 % of my money and give me a $15 dollar credit to their store. I declined that offer. Then they offered to give me 50% of my money. I sent them a pic of my bank statement showing 2 deductions. Then they said they had put the money back in my account. They no longer have my banking info. I had to change my debit card. I emailed them back asking exactly where did they deposit my refund. Still waiting. Worst company ever to deal with!
I purchased a Vernier windowless air conditioning unit for a 10x10 room back on July 6th. It is basically a $200 fan. Never cooled the small room even with the frozen packs. I immediately reached out the company who haggled with me. "We will refund you 15% and you keep the product" and "We will refund you 30% and you can keep the product". I did not want to keep this product at all. I returned everything within 10 days and we are now Sept 21st and guess what?!?! I have been getting the run-around for weeks about my refund. No refund yet.
Ordered American made heated jacket for $60 ( the ones made in China were a lot cheaper but l wanted a quality item)
3 weeks later it arrived, from China made in China, l contacted the company and they offered me a 50% discount or l could return it with a 25% restocking fee, even with the discount it would have been cheaper to buy one off eBay
Was checking me Discover card and noticed a random $29.99 charge from them when nothing was ordered, also a $29.99 charge from a company called retailcartshop.com which l know nothing about

Great canopy! I bought two for two different swings. My frame was larger than what it is intended to fit but I sewed the corners together and it hooks on nicely. The fabric is light weight but keeps the sun out. Also i keep it on even in rain and the water pools on top and doesn't come through. Great product.
My recent experience with Verniershop was marked by exceptional customer service. When I had an issue with a product, their support team was quick to assist and resolve the matter to my satisfaction. However, I've encountered a couple of glitches on their website that were slightly frustrating. But I appreciate their dedication to resolving customer concerns.
Got my bank account compromised, and I KNOW it was them because both time there were fraudulent purchases, it was to one of their subsidiaries lol.
Also, the dog toy I ordered was not a dog toy when it arrived? My dog still likes it, but the box said it was supposed to be used as a MOP. And, they lied about the contents. I paid for four balls. I got one ball and four COVERS.

Absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend purchasing to a friend. I added 5 small artificial flowers to it, but definitely not necessary. Spend about 5 minutes arranging it out of the box, and it's perfect!
I recently ordered a product from this website and accidentally signed up for their member club. I was able to call and have it canceled without any issues. Additionally, and the customer service team was helpful throughout the process.
Advertisement shows delivery in 3 days. I ordered and I got an email saying shipping will take 5-8 business days. So I called the next day to cancel my order and got a rude $#*! customer service rep that seems to be the only one answering the phone because I got him 3 different times and when I asked to speak to a manager he put me on hold with out saying anything and then said "he" will give me a call. He hung up in my face when I asked how long will it take to credit my account. I called back and he already knew my name that time around with out him asking for any information. He started talking to me in a country accent when I asked where was this company based.
It's been 7 days and I still have not received my money back even though I called less than 24 hours after placing my order. He told me they are a 3rd party company and there is no way to speak with the actual company of who has the merchandise and who actually handles shipping. I noted that I didn't receive a cancelation email the first time I called and he said "well it's because you didn't ask for one" I said is that why my order appears not to be canceled seeing how I received an email today updating me on a shipping time, he said yes. (Nothing has shipped fyi) so they are just holding my money. This is infuriating! While he thinks it funny to start speaking in a country accent and give generic responses to my questions and then hang up in my face! I wish I had seen all of the reviews prior to ordering. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, IT'S A SCAM! They aren't even on BBB. There's no brick and mortar store and there's no way to actually speak to the company that sells the merchandise.

Do not buy from this website everything is a lie. Bought a camera from here.took 3 weeks to get here when they 3 days. Did not look anything like the pictures. Very cheaply made looks like they got it from dollar tree. The customer service is aboustly horrible. They told me if i wanted to return it I would have to pay them to take it back plus shipping. They said you can keep the product and they would give you half your money back that was lie. Then yesterday I get a call from my bank that they have charged my card almost 4 times. I ordered a car seat heater for my daughter for Christmas without looking at any reviews. When the item hadn't shown up by the expected date - I suspected a scam. I was wrong - when the product appeared in the mail, it exceeded my expectations, and my daughter called it "a little bit of paradise" every time she gets in her car on a cold winter day!
I ordered this as a Christmas present and at first was really concerned with how light the box was that it came in. However, my daughter was not dissapointed in this foot spa! It was very lightweight but was not flimsy like I was worried it may be. The heating function takes a little while to warm the water but once it does it keeps its temperature really well and can be adjusted to get pretty hot. The bubble function is not like a roaring amount of bubbles but it is a nice relaxing touch. So far there has been no issues regarding build up from soaks added to the water, but she does give it a rinse after use so that may help.

After I ordered it, I kept getting charged $16.95 a month. I didn't know what this was for but the charge information stated that it was for a monthly subscription. I have no idea what benefits this charge brings. I NEVER signed up for it but found a page, by doing a lot of research, that says when you buy something you are subscribed. I NEVER agreed to this verbally, in writing or by checking a box. Please, DO NOT do business with this company/site. You will not get a response through email nor phone from them about anything. I have disputed this charge but they keep charging me, anyway. They do say that this subscription can be canceled at anytime but that is not true. Awful scam they are pulling.
