Photo showed four items that are used to repel pests like stray cats. I placed the order and received
1 of those devices. They are engaging in false advertising.

Never received the order. Contacted them multiple times. Got one response of "it must be lost, we don't have any control over that". Now I have multiple fraudulent charges to my account.

Ordered a Bluetooth camera. Did not work. When ask how to return for refund, was told there would be a 25% restocking charge AND shipping was my responsibility.
Not worth the effort and added cost so I did not return. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

They charged me for my item, then sent a series of sketchy emails with a tracking number that didn't track anything. Then suddenly I had fraudulent charges on my debit card.

Don't buy anything from this site- absolutely none of the cameras I purchased works! And they don't refund the full amount and if item is returned, there's a restocking fee!

Well no big shocker, the refund I was assured was on its way,? Not so much! I got 2 emails on Dec.23rd from the thieves at this bogus, sham of a website, one told me the refund is on its way, and I would be seen it in 3 days, and the other was the exact wording as the other, except it said I'd be getting it in 10 days, well, it's been two holidays, and 17 days now and those generated, phony $#*! emails are all I got, and the customer svc. Ghost job is still in full effect recordings, voice mails, and emails all with no response, anyone thinking about patronizing this internet site of corrupt, cyber bandits, PLEASE! Save your $$ money, go to the race track, and put it on a three-legged, blind, knocked-kneed horse with colic, you'll have more luck there than letting this lowlife, pieces of sub-human garbage take it, if everyone blacklists them, maybe they will all get a job and work for a living, and earn their $$, instead of running scams to take honest people for their hard-earned money.

WORST COMPANY EVER! I purchased a Costway "AC" unit for $179. The items looked good but not only didn't cool my area, it made my home hotter and extremely humid to the point of it being unbearable to be in the living room. I used ice-cold water from the fridge and even bought extra cooling packs, but nothing made the air cooler. I bought a dehumidifier to work alongside the item hoping that this would help, but it could not offset the humidity from the unit. When I finally gave up and decided to return it, I read the return policy and it states that I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee plus shipping. Ridiculous considering the product doesn't work. When I emailed stating that I would like to return the item (that's the only way you get a return) I was told that they would only refund 30% and give me $50 in store credit if the item has been opened- not at all what the return policy says. Besides, you cannot test a product without opening.

To add insult to injury, I received an email today about a "subscription" fee of $29.99/mo that didn't process on my card. I never signed up for any subscription and have no idea what type of subscription they would even provide. I called them and they said that I would have to pay this initial subscription fee but they would cancel them moving forward. After explaining multiple times that I never signed up for a subscription and that there was nothing in my emails or on my purchase receipt, I was told that the Customer Service Rep would speak with her manager to cancel the payment and that I would need to contact my bank to cancel as well.

I emailed them about my heating vest purchase that didn't work and was faulty, they said I would have to pay for the return shipping plus a restock fee. Or they would give me 15% refund and keep the rest!
DO NOT BUY FROMT THIS COMPANY! PLUS the Vest was very cheaply made and it still cost me $50

I read the reviews and I made the choice to go with this company and I was so happy I did! He was totally shocked and happy to receive this as a gift.

But no package. Tried to email but came back as not able to deliver. I think this is a scam company so don't order from them!

I purchased a GPS tracker advertised to have a 6-month battery - really has a 4 -day battery (literally written in the manual of the product). Requested a refund never head back

My order went out supposedly 8/29 in route I ck my tracking number, it's still in China hasn't reached USA ca yet its showing in China now 9/3 730a original airline makes not a bit of sense tomorrow will be the 7th day supposedly arriving in 3to 5 days all lies like other customers had mentioned. I was told by fraud department at BOFA whom I notified on 29th saying they will credit the 29.97 bk 2 my account if it doesn't arrive in timely manner Dale

I ordered a tracker. It took forever to arrive. When it did the instruction were a garbled mess of words. I assume it was a horrble sttekp to translate from Chinese! I tried for months to get information on how to return for a refund. Finally after threatning to report them to ky banks fraud department tje responded with it would be a 25 % restocking fee and a $39 shipping fee. Making it more than what I psid for this worthless P.O.S! They are Crooks and swindlers. DO NOT EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VERNIER SHOP. It's a Scam site. Stay away. It's a SCAM!
Make sure you keep an eye on your future cc transactions because they will try to bill you again.
