I ordered a nativity scene December 14, did not receive until 12/27. Items look nothing like the picture, not handcarved and not made in the USA. I could purchase nicer items from the dollar store. Was a beat up cardboard box and styrofoam-no indication of a proper box from a reliable company, like Willow Tree. Complete junk and I paid $127. Then on top of that, I see a $29.99 charge on my credit card. Come to see that there was a checked box way on the bottom of the complete order page that automatically signs me up for a membership. I did not see this as it was way underneath the complete order button that I clicked. Complete scam. I am disputing with my credit card company. They want me to ship the item back at my expense and give me 50% refund until they receive it for the remainder 50% refund with a 15% restock fee. So I will be out of at least $40?!? Horrible! I learned my lesson.

Horrible! Purchase took over a month to arrive and, when it did, it looked like a child painted it. It was a special gift for my son's 30th birthday and it was such a joke. This is disgraceful.

"Purchased" 2 large outdoor ferns for $94 and received a dollar store twig. Have been calling and emailing for over a week. Total nightmare!

It said my package would arrive 5-10 business days. It has been over a month. I called the number they gave me over a week ago with a promised call back, that I never received. So I called back and she said she would reprocess the order. But won't let me cancel it or speak to a manager. And would only give me her first name, Vanessa. I WILL NEVER order ANYTHING from here again!

Quality craftsmanship hammock. Love the added bonus of mosquito netting. Easy to assemble. Light weight. Comfortable to lay in and sleep. Very durable and made to last. Perfect camping or hiking. Rolls up into small carry item. Priced very reasonable

The little spots for seat belts are really convenient so I can still use it with car seats. My only mistake was accidentally ordering one that does not have a zipper for a split bench. But besides that it's perfect. And matches my tan upholstery great.

I absolutely love this wreath. It's colorful and cheery. It's made "ok" the flowers and such may fall off in time, not very secure. It should be priced at 60.00 not close to 100.00 that's too much for this wreath.

Buy it! It's beautiful, well made and a lot of bang for your buck. I gifted my mom and mother law each one and they couldn't believe they were from Vernier! I just love it, looks so nice on the door. I wanted like a wildflower look and the peonies make it look so pretty. But it guys! I bought 2 as I have double doors. The price was very reasonable. Beautiful wreaths!

Do yourself a huge favor and and spare a giant headache, and having to cancel a credit card. Do not order anything from this scam zone of a company! Item was a cheap gadget in parts that I paid 19.97 for-it took forever to arrive. They were trying to charge me for a bunch of stuff including some huge subscription fee of 29.99...my credit card Co. Denied some of these sending me fraud alert text messages. Had to cancel my credit card and get new cause of ordering from these crooks. I don't know how they still have sites online at this point after reading all the negative reviews with similar stories. Just STAY AWAY!

Ordered a heated unisex jacket for my step daughter and never received item. It said it was delivered to her city and then left to New York. Today i got a charge for audible. Scam and should be shut down and investigated. Company should be sued and all money returned. Now we all have to get new cards. Thanks you scamming asshats for ruining a Christmas present.

They sent me cheap plastic "dollar store bird feeders"
They won't return my messages and they tried to charge me a $30 monthly subscription fee
I had to cancel my credit card an report the unauthorized charge

Ordered gloves from them, and they charged insurance that I specifically declined wanting. Item tracking was near impossible, but was a local chinese courier. It's been weeks and still no item, but today they tried to charge my credit card for some sort of subscription that I never asked for either. Stay as far away from this company as possible.

Verns store is fraudulent.
I purchased car heater from them and they also charge me extra for guarantee which I did not purchases. The amount Purchased for car heater went through my bank and I never received my order.
Vern store delivery tracker is inaccurate up dates and therefore is a scam. I never received order.

12/5/24 order to be delivered in 10 days, bogus tracking, received worthless product on 12/26/24. Contacted by bank of fraud charges to my CC on 12/27/24. BEWARE, this company is a scam! You can see the 3 pages of false tracking info in pics attached. In the false reviews I read, because I was skeptical, I though the red/white emblem was the on and off. These are cheap gloves and definitely not heated!

Stay away. Sells cheap crap. Customer service poor. Took quite an effort to get them to stop billing me for a "subscription". On the plus side they did refund for defective hiking poles and for now they refunded the recurring subscription charges but I'll be monitoring my card transactions carefully. I think they only exist to scam the "subscription" and collect $ from people who aren't watching their transactions closely.

I ordered an item they claimed was in stock and ships in 3 days from Nevada. 15 days later the tracking report states it cleared customs from CHINA! Support claims a busy shipping season is the cause ignoring the fact the website stated it was in stock and ships in 3 days from Nevada. Consistent blatant lies is all this company has to offer. I filed a fraud complaint with the Federal Trade Commission on this company. I suggest everyone that has a bad experience with this company to do the same. Companies that are this unscrupulous and consistent in fraudulently cheating customers should not be allowed to do business.

I purchased a microphone and specifically unchecked the membership area….which is hidden on the page. Then a random $4.99 charge.

My bank flagged this as suspicious activity thank God, but I've read other reviews stating their parent companies will try billing you too. Beware.

Ordered Merchandise & They Took My Funds. Never Received My Item(s). Call and all You Get is a Email 24 Hrs Later - Email Just states what You Apparently ordered and No Tracking Or Shipping Numbers. This is a Total Scam! This Needs To Be Shut Down! Do Not Order Or Buy! You Will Loose Your Money! They make it look like a Real Business! Its All Fake!

Never received product. They don't give you a fedex, ups, or USPS, or any major shipping company tracking number. They only let you track via their website and it sounds fishy! They use European or British English saying "package has left Centre" or "package is on its way to your zip code". Not normal tracking language. When you call them all they say is I can forward it to someone. When they email you they say nothing they can do, they say it says it is delivered on the website nothing we can do. Paid $55 for a baby anti reflux bed. Horrible company and seems like a scam. It states it was delivered at 1am! Who delivers at 1am? SCAM! Stay away!
