I don't know the Verzonwireless.com. But my friend uses this company phone and gave the some instruction to me. So I ordered a new mobile phone on their site and got the in-person service package 30 % less cost of expensive and I save the amount by getting quality product. If you want you can use their service. But go through with reviews for confirming they are the best.

Deception

Verizon commercial said they will give ALL customers a free iphone 13 regardless of your trade in. This is not true. They only honor this trade IF your current phone is a newer model. Very deceptive! Shopping for another company.

Leaving Soon
September 10, 2023

After 7 years of business,given to them, I'm leaving soon. Their customer service has gone way down, and they are terribly insensitive. After setting up a promise to pay, by a certain date, I was harassed, and threatened with service interruption. During a bereavement time, they are very insensitive.

So, I sent an email to their corporate office explaining that it's been a month and nobody's helped me. I'm a student, I run a home business, and both are suffering. I did have someone get back to me quickly, and FINALLY send a team out. Turns out, I was right, and it was an issue with the tower. They blew me off until I threatened to go elsewhere, and convinced them I'm in my 20's and know what to try with technology.

I moved to a new area a year and a half ago that had virtually no options for internet services. We were with Verizon 6 years for cell service with no issues, so we thought we would try them out for internet. 3 weeks ago, our perfect internet started going out. We would get up to 2 hours of connectivity per day, on a good day. I tried a new router which didn't work and I had to pay a fee two days later to return, and all computers and phones had issues which meant it was their service. It would get worse by the week.

I called the morning of 10/13 and they said they would send a rep out to look at the tower, etc. and let me know what's up. They never did. They just kept feeding me the same excuse over and over about how I live in a rural area and that happens. They have no plans on trying anything new, building, or expanding. Basically, their service doesn't work, I pay $110/month, and they won't do anything about it. I had 3 representatives blame my area even though I never had an issue before. I can't wait for Charter to come through because in our other house, they were the best. Even as I am trying to submit this review, it keeps giving me connectivity errors. Smh.

Disrespectful

My father is deceased. I sent his death certificate and they still keep sending a bill. He has no income! It's extremely rude to keep sending a bill! Our lawyer said his children do not owe money for his bills!

Verizon is the only network that works out here in the sticks. Any time I have a problem, I call 611 and they fix it. Usually, I end up with extra data by the end of the call! Best pre-paid plans, best cheap phones, best signal. I'd NEVER switch!

My two months of experience with Verizon mobile. They send me an additional $450 bill after I closed the account. My outstanding balance was $207.82. My plan was BYD, so there is not device cost attached with my plan. They deducted an account charge of $450 from my account. I tried three days almost 2hr search waiting for the call for talking to someone in the billing department. Call gets disconnected each time after a certain period of time waiting. Verizon only interested in adding a new consumer, they give you zero respect after you become their customer. Still trying to get my money back.

It is a long story started 2 and half years ago. To renew my contract they got me! Mary Grace her name… told me something promising and here we go! They got me. As usual every month $100.00 to even up more and honest to GOD every month more and more more and more and no one told me why. That's after I spend every time wasting one hour average with reps. Until yesterday, Sep 15,2022 a rep by the name John told me what happened and said he is sorry to tell me that Grace got you!
She changed my plan without tell me what is going to happen. I only told him she said every month you pay NO MORE THAN $279.00 I agreed! And here we go'
Liars and professional liars. People read about them and be careful, please count to hundred before locking yourself with them. They were trained and they are trained on how to lie to you. Well, I am waiting to see what other company can take us to switch free of charge. Email me if you have a question.

Bad experience
May 13, 2022

After the salesperson came to our door step, we agreed on the plan he presented. However, it was 130 dollars after two months. We didn't even open the router box. Despite being told it would be 15 dollars a month, the plan ended up being 65 dollars a month.

Terrible in everyway!

Glad I switched from Verizon to AT&T after being a loyal customer for 19 years. The past several months with Verizon were horrible. Extra charges billed monthly which I had to call and rectify every month with no solution, inferior spam protection, and horrible customer service!

I ported my number over to a competitor and Verizon still charged me for a month of service. I was on the phone with customer service for over an hour with no results. The explanation they gave is that THEY have the option to port the number right away or will after two weeks, of course charging me for those two weeks even though they admit there was no usage during that time. They (not so generously) offered to credit me for two weeks. Awesome, that just means I'm still paying for two weeks of service that was not used or provided.
How is that even legal? I don't care if my new provider sucks, I won't go back to Verizon!

I've been a VZ customer for 15+ years. Their customer service is the absolute worst. I somehow got locked out of my account and they are sending a log-in verification code to my elderly Mother who's in a nursing home - not to my phone as the account owner. They do not allow customers to speak to a real person until you log in. They have made it impossible for me to rectify the problem. I am on vacation in a remote area and now have to find a store. All this because I got an email about unknown charges that just hit my account. VZ is the absolute worst.

I went to Verizon today at the Mall to help with my telephone and also to get prices for a new phone & services.
I have so say the young men I met were extremely helpful. They were able to fix the problem with my phone and were very caring and courteous. They had several customers but were able to help with everyone's request in a short time. I am not sure how much you pay these customer service people but whatever it is they deserve more. Thank you Verizon. I am elderly 76 and know nothing about phones they were so kind and patient!

The Whole company is horrible. The service is crappy I am always getting dropped calls but their fees never stop going up. They always charge for things you never added on your account. And the Buy Out of your contract is a scam!

I have both tmobile and Verizon services[not prepaid]. The Verizon internet sucks so bad at home i have to use my 7 year old note 3 [T-Mobile] with my 4g hotspot to get my i phone 13 to work properly. At first i thought i may have had a bad phone but just normally in the streets you would hear the city criticise Verizon services and how it sucks... Verizon is aware of the issues and should be refunding money to some with the bad service and still pay total price... show the world how to be fare... refund a portion. Customers first then you make good money but cost... oh im from The Charleston South Carolina area. Verizon lets my kids prepaid metro pcs out services them... more like -5g coverage

Verizon send me a email asking me to come back to them. Saying if I come back, they will pay off my remaining balance up to $1000. Plus give me the iPhone 13. So I sign up for Verizon. The never paid At&t not my credit score dropped. Plus I still owe At&t $700. Plus stuck in a Contract with Verizon. Can't get anyone to help me with my problem. They put you on hold for hours. Customer service they do not have a customer service. All they do is give you the runaround

Verizon has the worst customer service anywhere. One rep tells me a store will help me transfer data with a new phone, the other says they no longer do that, only over the phone help is available. My husband lost all his data due to their unwillingness to help. Their website used to give you all the information about your account, now it's a black and white advertisement, no information easily found. They are so bad with customer service. The prices are off the charts, the service is GONE. After 20 years, I am so done with Verizon. There customer service is the absolute worse anywhere.

Poor Service

I have been threw some phone companies but none as worst as Verizon. Their so bad I'm thinking about going back to home phone service. I than went from post paid to pre paid because my bill was never the same. The phones I had and have aren't any good who has to keep buying a phone every four months. I went from expensive phones to where I buy them out the store because their no good. I reset my phone up too four times a day. The phone stay lagging. Let's not talk factory resetting. I give too much money to them for everything to be crappy. It's always something and help forge about it. They think you going to send in a brand new phone to get a refurbished one and still want you to pay for it likes it new. Ain't now way. I'm currently looking for a new company because Verizon isn't where's it at.

After 20 hours on my cell with att phone veirizon can not get there phones working there tech dept. is a joke they read the manual to you and waste your time i have talked with at least 10 of there tec and no fix all the equipment is verizon i was to move 10 lines to them from at&t to verizon after the land line phone got to us it took 4 weeks to get them working on there one talk we have had problem after problem with them now our phone is blocked and they can not unblock it

I've had VZ for years, its the best so far compared to my previous cell phone service. I will continue to use Verizon Wireless for years. Great service coverage, no drop calls. The only time a call gets dropped is when my partners network drops.
