I ported my number over to a competitor and Verizon still charged me for a month of service. I was on the phone with customer service for over an hour with no results. The explanation they gave is that THEY have the option to port the number right away or will after two weeks, of course charging me for those two weeks even though they admit there was no usage during that time. They (not so generously) offered to credit me for two weeks. Awesome, that just means I'm still paying for two weeks of service that was not used or provided.
How is that even legal? I don't care if my new provider sucks, I won't go back to Verizon!

I purchased a coverlet through Walmart that was shipped third party from OJ Commerce. I tried various attempts through Walmart to try to return it then finally found out that I needed to ship it directly back to OJ Commerce. Multiple emails later I finally got the information I needed from OJ Commerce in order to do the shipment. When I took it to UPS, the only carrier that I could use that could get it there on time as so much time had elapsed with the runaround with Walmart, I found that it was going to cost me nearly $50 to send a $100 product back. You do the math. I'm keeping it and/or trying to sell it on a social media outlet. As I said to OJ Commerce I will not knowingly purchase from them again, nor will I ever purchase from Walmart again.

The website is a joke - I couldn't get on to create an account and no one could help me with that so I talked to multiple representatives and finally got something set up. A couple of weeks later I reported a change of income which pushed me into a much more expensive option in the silver plan. When I said I wanted to go with the bronze plan they told me I couldn't. I have an appeals filed but God only knows how long it'll take to hear back from that, if I ever do. I was getting billed for a plan that I no longer qualified for because of the change of income, so I called again and a very rude young woman who would not stop talking so that I could explain my situation told me that I had to verbally tell them that I needed to cancel a plan that I no longer even qualified for. When I tried initially to create an account on the website and put in my information including my assumed entire income for the year I was able to qualify for a bronze plan but once I gave them updated information - which was exactly the same amount as I had done online, suddenly I was only able to qualify for a silver plan. So now I'm without insurance completely - thanks so much Mr Obama.
