When I got my delivery for the chaise I ordered, I could see the box was damaged. I got in touch with customer service right away and they walked me through the return policy. I was refunded in just a few days and was able to get the original chair, undamaged, sent out. Great service!

Shipping speed was unprecedented. We were throwing a family gathering and I waited much longer than I should have to order the home décor I wanted to spiff up the place. I feared all would not arrive in time to impress the fam but my fears were completely unfounded. Thank you Venue Marketplace.

If I can pay over a period of time with no interest fees and no credit is required in order for me to do so, I'm there. And there is Venue Marketplace. I had to call before I placed my first order to make sure I was understanding all of that correctly and ‘Jim' pleasantly ensured I was.

I placed an order on May 14,2022, the item is/was out of stock. My order was canceled on May 21,2022 and I was supposed to receive a refund within 3-5 business days. It is now June 27,2022. I am still waiting to receive either my order or my refund. It a shame that I cannot leave a lower rating!

Upon further investigation, we found out that there was an internal error after we processed the refund back to your original payment method on May 21,2022. Our system engineers have already fixed this issue and resubmitted a request to issue a full refund. It will be credited to your account within three to five business days.
