Awaiting delivery... First time ordering from this site. Price is great. Not sure of anything else. I'm hoping the delivery is quick and uncomplicated. If not, I guess I can always dispute the charger later.
I had an amazing experience with one of the sellers. My book was never delivered and tracking info was not available. The seller offered to refund my money right away or send me another book. I decided to accept the refund and my money was refunded immediately. With another seller it took nearly 2 weeks to receive my book. The seller was not as helpful and considerate as the first one, however eventually my book arrived. This time I opted for expedited shipping as my university is on an expedited track so I don't have a lot of time to wait for books to arrive.
I always bounce between two sites when buying text books (and regular books) for school. Amazon and Valore. But honestly, Valore often beats Amazon in that you only pay a penny and the shipping charge. It's ridiculously cheap! I've saved hundreds by just giving Valore a chance. Highly recommend. Shipping takes a little longer than Amazon, but is worth the savings!
After accidentally ordering a book I didn't need, I promptly contacted customer service (within 15 minutes of placing my order) to which they told me I couldn't cancel the purchase for a refund, but rather I'd have to wait for it to be delivered then pay for shipping back to them on the item. I received nothing but rude and patronizing answers upon contacting them about this. Order from literally ANYwhere else.
It has been some time but I sold some books to them worth almost 500 dollars and they claimed they never received them and I go the run around for weeks before I got something. 100 dollars for my troubles. I really needed that money and that set me back. I am still upset about it.

My textbooks arrived very quickly and I was able to use them for the semester. There were also EXTREMELY cheaper than the original selling price. I was able to pay out of pocket!

Books were inexpensive which is great for college students, and service was outstanding. Shipping costs were for the individual books, but they were overall the same price with shipping added in, I will definitely order from here again.
Every time I look for textbook rentals you always have the better prices and therefore I always spend my money with you. I always want expedited shipping but sometimes it's not offered and that is a bit frustrating.
Was cheaper than my college bookstore. 10/10 would most likely use again. The only real downside is this 100 character minimum on the reviews. I have nothing more to say beyond that my college bookstore is the worst.

I can always seem to find the text books I'm looking for at the best prices, but occasionally the shipping is a problem. I've paid for expedited shipping a time or two but not gotten the books within the time stated. Tracking is usually not reliable. So, if time isn't an issue, I would definitely recommend this site.
I have spent over 3 weeks trying to order books because my shipping and mailing address are not the same. The system would not let me put in the billing PO box info completely.

Great pricing. Some of the prices are the same as the college book store once you add shipping others are really great. You will have to play around with the numbers to get the best price on the text books and make sure you verify the ISBN because they have many editions of the same texts if you are not careful you will get the wrong one.
Order from them. They are reliable. The prices cannot be beat. I will wait and see if they actually deliver this when promised. This is my first order with them. I was very wary of the books on Ebay, so I did not order from them. If this book is not delivered in the time promised I will let EVERYONE know. Hope you ship the correct item and on time. I sold my new book with zero highlights and zero writings. After 3 weeks I received an email saying my book was unacceptable. I emailed and called several times telling to ship my book back. That was in August 2015. Today, 29 Oct 2015, I still have not received my book, overtime I call them, the story is always the same - "your book was shipped using USPS but we do not have a tracking number and can't track it".
Save yourself all this stress and unprofessionalism by avoiding this company.

Overall, the price of my item and shipping was outstanding and I will definitely be shopping here again. However, the purchase was more difficult than it needed to be. After restarting the purchase, I noticed that when inputting the street address, it prompts the user to select the correct address from a drop down menu but for those who aren't paying attention, it is not immediately obvious. It would be much easier if the form just allowed you to input the city, state and zip code. Overall, still a great purchase but was more difficult than it needed to be.
Valorebooks is so easy to go through and cheap! Its a great source for ordering books. I have ordered a couple different books now from the cite for my college books and it has been a great experience that has saved me a lot of money.
