For the same book with the same return date as a rental had four different prices. Emailed them several times about it and kept getting told it was a tech problem and I had to call. Even after all that it was still the cheapest place.
Wonderful, easy. The search was easy and got the book I needed on the first try. There were a lot of affordable price options. Saved me a lot of money by renting it. In addition, it's awesome how I can rent it for a full semester.
Last class I ordered books and got an email that said books on the way then the next week the order was cancelled with no reason.
I did not have books the first two weeks for class as I had to shop elsewhere. I am hoping the books I just bought actually come!
It was fast and easy to check out. I didn't have to create an account just to purchase an item. The billing address was super quick and easy as well because they provided the address in the search link. All I had to do was click on my address and it filled everything out for me. This site also has a security validation which helps me at ease when checking out.
I rented a book for my Business class from ValoreBooks, and the book arrived in a timely manner. The book was in excellent condition and had absolutely no problems. The return process is very simple and easy to do. I would 100% recommend ValoreBooks to anybody who is looking for quality books at great prices.
I purchased a book online from this company and have yet to receive the product. There is not an actual person you can speak to for issues, except the vendor your purchasing from. Save you school money and time, and regardless of these other fake reviews stating "I'm so happy with my product", DO NOT DO IT, I REPEAT, DO NOT DO IT!

I am in my senior year at National University and taking my final classes to finish my degree. After 12 years of attending school on and off, I have depleted all my pell grant, which means I am super broke college student! I have had to find the cheapest textbooks I can find and shopping around, I always end up back at ValoreBooks. The ordering process is super easy. Being a mom, a wife and a student can be a challenge and I can appreciate what does not add any additional chaos to my life. I will finally be done with my degree in May and I am thankful to be able to rent my last book from Valorebooks!
I always recommend Valore to people who want used books at fair prices with good service. My only complaint so far is having to write a review with at least 100 characters when I said what I had to say in 76!

This is my second quarter using ValoreBook and it has become my preferred website. Finding the book i need are easy and I have lots of options on pricing condition etc for each book. Shipping is fast and reliable and returning my rentals was very EASY. Note** save the box the book cam in so you dont have to buy new books to ship!
I've just placed my order. The price was the lowest I could find, and it was for a new copy of a hard to find book. It's too early to judge to shipping time, but it's likely I'll probably give ValoreBooks a higher rating once the book arrives.
Excellent prices on this website. Very easy to navigate and way more affordable than amazon. Shipping times were reasonable and I needed two books for an upcoming class so I looked on amazon and was looking at spending 285 dollars. Came to Valore books and spent 61 dollars instead. Love it!
This was a great experience and I saved almost $200 on two book purchases. I highly recommend this site. It was recommended to me and so far I am pleased. I have not received the books yet, but it will not cost an arm and a leg to find out.

Process to buy book was very easy and simple, yet to see how the quality of the book comes in. I started with BigWords.com which recommended me to the low low price of ValoreBooks that was around $10 when other places were at least $20 for a bargain.

Quick, easy, AFFORDABLE books for school! With options for new, used or rented... ships quickly and returns are also simple and easy. I've brought/ rented my books from here for every semester for the last three years and have not had one issue! Even when i purchased books before the semester began and then was informed i wouldn't need the book i was able to return it for my money back with no problem!
I am extremely disappointed with ValoreBooks. I mailed in a textbook that was literally only used for a 3-day class. It was like new! I even included the un-used audio discs as a bonus! I received a notification that they were rejecting the book and that I would receive it back within 45 days. They received the the book back in March and I am STILL waiting for it to be returned. I would not recommend doing business with this vendor. I wish I had just sold the book myself on eBay!
I'm so glad I was able to catch my book for this discounted price, but it would not allow me to use expedited shipping, so I'm hoping that y book will be here in the 4 days because my class starts Monday!
