I went to track my order and discovered it had been cancelled. My money was not refunded and no email was sent letting me know that the order had been cancelled. If you cancel orders, please email the buyer, so that we have an opportunity to buy the book elsewhere. Lucky for me, Barnes and Noble had the book for the same price and offers expedited shipping. Hopefully, you already issued me a refund and my money is on the way.
This is my first time ordering a book from here and I'm not sure yet what to expect, I have read several reviews, some are really bad and some are really good, most of them neutral though. I found the book I needed here at a very decent price, so I'm giving it a try. My class doesn't start until the 24th so I'm hoping it's here by then. We will see.
Just purchased the rental book. It was easy to find it and hopefully the shipping is fast. I will definitely consider checking books here again in the future as it appears to be much cheaper than any other place I checked to rent a book.

I decided to buy a book from you guys, but once I reached the checkout page, the text boxes for "City", "Zip Code", and "State" were all disabled from the start without any explanation whatsoever. I tried filling out all the other boxes with the correct information and nothing changed. I tried continuing, but you had the gall to tell me that the fields you wouldn't let me fill out were required to move on. After trying everything I could think of, I went into inspect element and manually removed the disabled="disabled" attribute from each of the boxes, filled them in and was successful in placing my order. I don't know why the hell I was made to do such a thing and frankly I don't care anymore. I won't be using this site again.

Valor is by far the easiest and cheapest way for me to buy textbooks for college! Everything I needed was on this site, usually at half the price of my university's bookstore. This is the second semester I've purchased all of my books from Valor and I will continue to do so until I graduate.
Easy to find, cheap books! I am hoping that they ship quickly; other than that, I have been pleased. I found a book on this site to rent for 16$, when usually the price was 60$ to rent. So far, so good
I paid expedited fees and they promised to have my book here between 2 to 5 business days. It's been 12 days still no books and nobody is responding to my communications. I cannot get a hold of a customer service rep.
I ordered three books and it would not allow me to enter my home address. When I entered the street, several options popped up with my street name in different cities, but my street, in my city was not an option. I ended up having them shipped to my work address. I am not sure how the credit card went through, I had to use my work address as my billing address. The form will not just let you enter the city and zip code forms manually.

I ordered a book for school via PayPal and when it didn't come in the 2-5 business day window, I contacted Valore. The woman I spoke to said she didn't handle that kind of issue, and would need to submit and email for the team that does handle it to contact me within 48 hours. I asked her for a phone number and she said they didn't have one... What kind of business doesn't have a telephone number? 48 hours went by, no one contacted me. About 4 days later, I received an email stating "We cannot find your order, please contact eBay". I didn't order it through eBay, just PayPal. Two days later the "closed the ticket" and I'm stuck paying $24 for a book that no one can find! I'm beyond furious and would like to warn others about this company. I wish I had seen all of these reviews PRIOR to wasting my money on this company.
I have always been able to obtain the books i need in a timely fashion and for a great price! I've never had to spend more than $100 dollars on books that should very well equate to $400 or more. Thank you valore for lightening the financial burden of college!
I have ask for reissuance of one check. And after thoroughly doing accounting I am missing 8 check payments. Not counting 2 which were one book short on each. Making them 93$ each and both orders are approved for the quotes. So are you trying to pull a fast one?
I already completed school with my undergraduate just last year and now my little brother is going to school. I bought most of my books from this site just because there in my price range. I don't believe I've had any bad experience with the site, all my books came on time.

I was shocked at how cheap I found one of the textbooks I needed for my last quarter in college. The other two I needed were very similarly priced but were a tad more expensive than what I paid for them on Amazon. The cheaper book was a $30.00 savings including shipping.
