The picture shows sleeveless and when I got it it had sleeves, not expected. Also, the top is very boxy, does not have a side zipper and a small opening at neck that makes it hard to get over my head. Material for the price is ok

Very happy with Utsav shopping I have been buying for the past 5 years and I have consistently had very good shopping experience.
The package was wrapped in some stinky cardboard, smell lingered on to the sarees. I have to now give it to the dry cleaners to get rid of the smell on the sarees.
I ordered 3 sarees. 2 received yet. Sarees are very beautiful. But I'm very disappointed with blouse. I ordered from USA.
The blouses are so big. Before place my order I chat with the customer service and tell them about the size to make sure. My blouse size is 30 but I received size 26 and size 32 and that are useless for me.

Ordering was very easy. The dress was true to size and perfect for my upcoming occasion.
I love the selection of different weight sarees with various textile options.
I was surprised when I first opened my package because the saree and blouse inside were not what I thought I had ordered. When I looked up my order confirmation though, the order was correct. So, I must has mistakenly ordered the wrong one. All is good though because the saree and blouse are beautiful, and I love them just as much as what I thought I had ordered. The only problem I had was the fit of the blouse is too large on me. I'm not exactly sure what happened there as I'm a designer and seamstress, so I know I took my measurements properly. It's an easy enough fix to take it in though.
All in all I'm very happy with my order and have several more on my wishlist.

The kurta is nicer than I expected. Quality cotton--it comes out great after a cold wash. I get compliments every time I wear it. I love Utsav; but delivery is soooo slow.
